Ingredients

Smoked ribs 500gr
Peas 1.5 multi-glasses
Potatoes 4 things
Turnip onion 1 pc medium
Carrot 1 PC
Greens (dill, parsley) taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil broth from smoked ribs (I cooked on the "CHICKEN BROLLION" program), drain.
  • 2. Fry onion and carrots on the "FRY" program
  • 3. Add broth, peas (pre-soaked for 1 hour) cut into pieces ribs, potatoes, bay leaf into a saucepan.
  • 4. Switch on the MULTIPOVAR 120C program, 10 min.
  • 5. At the end of the program, salt to taste, add herbs. Leave on the "PREHEAT" for 5-10 minutes Bon appetit.

Note

You can pre-boil the broth and not cook it, fill everything up at once. For me 10 minutes (the peas are completely boiled) on the "Multipovar" is a lot, it would take 7-8 minutes. I'll add the photo tomorrow.
