Adjika 1h l
Soy sauce 50ml
Mineral water 100ml

Cooking method

  • 2. Mash kiwi, mixed with adjika, soy sauce, mineral water + salt, pepper.
  • 3. And that's it, the meat is marinated. In such a marinade, the meat is already ready in 2 hours, or maybe even less, I certainly got a little longer.
  • 4. I cooked meat on Multi cook, 120 degrees, 8 minutes.
  • I really didn't eat, I can't say anything about the taste, but how much marinade I make with kiwi (even chicken, even the toughest beef becomes sooo soft). My family likes it.
  • I cooked potatoes at 1010, in sour cream with mayonnaise, on Multi cook for 20 minutes and warming up for 7-10 minutes.

We went to a barbecue on Saturday on the occasion of my past DR, a good company, sat well, cooked meat and fish on coals, but the rest was small.
