Bounty Candy

Ingredients

Cream 20% 200 ml
Coconut flakes 200 g
Sugar 85 g
Butter 50 g
Milk chocolate 300 g

Cooking method

  • We let it brew for 15 minutes and in the refrigerator for one hour to freeze, and whoever is impatient, it is possible in the freezer.
  • Then we shape our sweets with our hands like real bars.

  • Then again for a couple of hours in the freezer or overnight in the refrigerator. And only then we glaze our bars. Break the chocolate and about a couple of tablespoons of unscented refined butter into cubes into a cup and microwave for 40 seconds. Stir the chocolate and pour over the sweets. I put the candies on a fork and poured them with chocolate, when the chocolate froze on the bar, I dipped the bottom of the candy and laid it on the foil. And wait again until the chocolate hardens.

In our city, 20% Prostokvashino cream 200 ml costs 7.50. I think. that sometimes you can pamper yourself, especially for lovers of coconut fillings.
I also thought that I could try to make fresh coconut (pulp), but this is still only in the project.
