Ingredients

Potatoes 400 gr.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Leek 1 stem
Vegetable broth (from any vegetables) 750 ml
Butter 25 gr.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l
Salt and pepper taste
White bread for toasts
Chives or green onions (feather) to serve
Parmesan cheese 40 gr.

Cooking method

  • Peel, wash and dry onions and potatoes. Finely chop both types of onion. Cut the potatoes into 1 cm cubes.
  • Put butter in the multicooker bowl. Turn on the Extinguishing mode for 20 minutes. Melt butter for 2-3 minutes. Add onions and potatoes to the butter, add a little salt and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped leeks and cook until beep.
