  • In addition to the number of white, in contrast to the yellowish-cream in the first case (due to the yolks) and the absence of an egg smell (yolks also give it), as well as a small amount of foam (in the first case, there was no difference) - there are no differences. The curd has formed well, maybe I cooked a little longer - the grain is a little more pronounced. Let's see how the cheese is formed.

I think we need to go a little differently.

Use only proteins. After all, we need a clot, and this is provided by the proteins of the eggs. There is no fat or cholesterol in them. That is why in diets for cores, to lower cholesterol and fat levels, PROTEIN omelets.
So I thought about it, and decided, without putting it on the back burner, to make cheese from such products.
