Girls, tell me, please, how to cook semolina porridge in Kenaud Chef 9040S? Before that, I read it, did it as it was written, but at speed 3 everything pours out through the top. I just can not understand, for this model, maybe you need to do a hundred different things?

I also ran into this problem. I cooked with a lot of ingredients. Therefore, she ran away. If you cook according to the recipe on the forum, then, I think, I shouldn't run away. I solved this problem in a different way. Instead of a whisk, I put a nozzle for mixing hot mixtures. Nothing escapes now. The whisk whips, forms and raises the foam, that's why everything runs away. It won't affect the taste too much. I like this kind of porridge even more. And with a whisk, it turns out with a bunch of bubbles, light, airy. Eat porridge with a bunch of bubbles in your mouth.) And so, it tastes like cream in both cases. I used to cook it myself in this way on the stove, but, of course, I had to stir it manually until it boils. It turned out delicious and without lumps. Kenwood tastes the same. Just do not change the speed, otherwise, I think, the porridge will burn.

I also change the power. I put on a four, 750W. As a result, the porridge is cooked a little longer, 20 minutes. I also expose this time.

I heard about the fact that a meat grinder cannot be used in a dishwasher. I don’t stick it. But foolishly I stuck a low-speed shredder. What a bjaka is it now instead of a sparkling (yesterday) nozzle! It's a shame! By the way, my steamer in the dishwasher also peeled off. With this quarantine, my brains are completely dry, why did I put it in? She butted at her men, who are now at home, to cook.

Inetchik, you write that if you cook porridge according to the recipe that is on the forum, then everything will be fine. What recipe do you mean? I only found Olga WB's recipe at Kenwood 082-086

Inetchik, I did on a liter of milk and a nozzle for soft mixtures, at 3 speeds the milk spills out. At the minimum speed it seemed to work.

And my instructions for the KCC9040S machine say that at high temperatures you can use only 2 nozzles: a whisk and a nozzle for mixing hot mixtures.

Further in the topic, I posted a photo of the instructions.

Where is this ??

Sorry, I'll get better a little. Not at high temperatures. And in high-temperature high-speed mode (HST).

Page 9 in the instructions.

The soft mix nozzle seems to spill the contents out at high speeds. Therefore, it cannot be used in this mode.

And you can use it at high temperatures, but don't turn on the high speed !!! ;-)

So these are the limitations for high speed mode. The temperature has nothing to do with it.

InetchikIt turns out to be useful instructions to read

How is it not to do with it? High-speed mixing mode at high temperatures. Now we know that the instructions are clearly written, it is possible only with a whisk and a stirrer. Just so that hot liquid does not spill out of the bowl.
tortik1961
Did I understand correctly, the Flexy attachment (this is what the elastic is worn on) cannot be used at high speed?
Irlarsen
tortik1961, Why not? Can. To knock down a cream is a nice thing. But hot liquids do not need to be mixed at a high speed in a fully poured bowl.
tortik1961
I realized thanks!

Tell me more, please, which button to regulate the stirring (constantly or after a while) I just can't figure out.

Recently gave 2nd life to a low speed slicer !!
At first, when I bought it, I was very upset. Whoever rubbed raw vegetables in it will understand me.
And now I tried to grate boiled vegetables on it for salad. The result is class !! 4 +++.
I never cut eggs for salad, but rubbed them on a coarse grater. Now Kenwood is doing the job for me. And so great!
Boiled potatoes are generally a miracle how they rub. Shavings! Straight with natural beautiful shavings! Also on a coarse grater.
But with boiled carrots a little worse. But I got used to it. I try to push the carrots FASTER. Then it turns out well too.
And the cheese !!! This is incomparable !!! 5 +++. Very beautiful shavings !! And on a coarse and fine grater.
I tried to rub all these vegetables and cheese in a food processor before. He just turns them into small crumbs. Not at all, heaven and earth, not comparable !!!
So, girls, who have this attachment, I recommend trying it in this way.

I just don't rub cheese like that. I think this is not advisable. After all, wash afterwards. But when I make a salad and there is cheese in it, then that is it.

I also came up with this. I don't like finely ground nuts in salad. I love coarsely cut with a knife. But the grater (for shredding cabbage, the one that rubs the carrots in thick circles) just cuts the nuts just like that. The truth is sometimes a little messy. Skips large pieces of nuts. But in general, I like it, I use it. Rubs perfectly in both the food processor and the low speed slicer.

I also liked the K-nozzle very much. She can knead the minced meat. She beats him off. I used to try to beat it off myself, so everything flew around the kitchen. And here Kenwood does everything now. I gradually increase the speed from 1st to max. Result: the cutlets are soft, tender and the kitchen is clean :-))).

Now I use the K-nozzle and mix the salads. All the same, I put all the ingredients in the bowl. The salads have become tender, tender and airy.

It is great to mix the K-nozzle and casseroles. They also turn out to be delicate and airy. Recently I cooked a chicken and zucchini casserole. There are vegetables and chicken from the ingredients, but also added eggs. When I mixed all the products in Kenwood, I noticed that the eggs were beaten in this mixture of everything. As a result, my casserole rose like a pie, without any baking powder (only vegetables, chicken and an egg). And the taste ... It's delicious. All my dishes are changing. You cannot recognize them. I cook and taste them like new! The K-nozzle is some kind of magic. You can't mix it with your hands. Not enough strength.

I hope that someone will find my advice useful.

Everything is very simple. If you need continuous stirring, then just set the speed on the speed regulator. And that's all.

And if you need stirring with a pause, then you need:
On the display, where the round arrow is, set the desired pause.
Then press the enter button.
And on the speed regulator, set not a number, but a round arrow.

You can see it more clearly here. At 2:45 minutes.

Thank you very much!!!
Irlarsen
Inetchik, WANT WANT WANT!!!!! Rub boiled vegetables with a slicer. Can you suggest suitable recipes?

Irina, What about you?? Haven't done yet ?? I wrote from the very beginning that I use this attachment and cups the most !! Sooooo convenient!

Olya, What kind? Olivier salad? And what else? With beets?
And yes, why didn’t you write so that I don’t put it in the dishwasher !!!!! I'm crying straight! Horror to watch!

So it didn’t occur to me that you’re capable of something that I don’t make, I always use it for everything, you have to grate a hundred ,,, soup, frying (immediately in a frying pan), cheese ,,, yes everything ,,
Irlarsen
Olya, I didn't like to grate raw carrots and onions in it. So far, mostly cheese. I'll try boiled carrots and potatoes today. Well, maybe Inetchik, will respond, what kind of salads she makes

Irlarsen,
I picked up the recipes as requested. They are all with video. Found on the Internet. I have a lot of them. I haven't even had time to try everything myself. But I am sending those that I have already prepared and which are suitable for this particular attachment. I have attached to each recipe an explanation of this Kenwood attachment as a txt file. I am preparing these recipes now in the winter. In the summer, I cook other salads, in which there are tomatoes and cucumbers from my own garden. In winter, I don’t cook them in principle, I don’t like store-bought "plastic". :-) Among them there may be some suitable for this attachment, but I have not looked yet. I am sending recipes as a link to google drive. I hope you figure it out.
Yes. More. I prepared all these recipes with sour cream. If mayonnaise was indicated, then it replaced it. For me, everything turned out deliciously. :-)
PS: Of course, this nozzle is slow. But what a result! I won't rub the cheese so beautifully! And even the taste is reflected. And everything rubs easily. And the fast one will not be able to grate beautifully and tasty. You have to choose :-)

I have a problem - I can't unscrew the bowl of the food processor from the stock, after use I try to wash it carefully so as not to soak the stock ((, I asked my husband and tried, as advised here, a device for unscrewing cans - zero sense. I think to take it to the service center when the quarantine will end. Nobody faced such a problem?

Has anyone tried the fuck in multi-shredder (Kenwood chef nozzle) grind? Do you think you can? And is there any experience in grinding buckwheat and oatmeal in it? Or is it better to take a mill? How durable is the tip? Something according to reviews breaks often ...
Irlarsen
Inetchik, You can, but you need to add liquid. I'm so ginger, grind with lemon

Inechchik, I've been doing horseradish on a multi-shredder for a couple of years already, nothing breaks. Sooo comfortable, no tears or odors. I don't add water. I clean the roots, cut 1 cm slices into a glass, grind to the desired consistency. And only then, in the already chopped horseradish, I add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir with a fork, brew with boiling water, mix again with a fork. All. As it cools down, it's ready.
