Pickled cabbage rolls

Ingredients

Cabbage 1 swing
Carrots (more) 4-5 large
garlic 3-4 pcs
coriander 1 tsp
marinade
water 2 glasses
vegetable oil 1/2 cup
sugar (more) 1/2 cup
vinegar 9% (less) 1/2 cup
salt 3 tbsp. flat spoons
garlic 5-6 teeth

Cooking method

  • Boil a roach of cabbage, grate carrots on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil. Add garlic, minced through a garlic and ground coriander, salt. Wrap the minced carrot in prepared cabbage leaves in the form of cabbage rolls, put in a glass or enamel bowl, pour marinade and put under a press. The cabbage rolls are ready in a day.

Note

When I wrote more or less sugar or vinegar, this means that you should focus on the taste of carrots, if it is very sweet, then 1/2 cup is enough sugar, if not, then there is more sugar. And vinegar is someone who loves. For me, 1/2 glass is a lot, I took a little less.

Well, I just wanted to share my experience, just about this. I make the carrots myself in Korean (I don’t respect purchased ones for a long time), just before pouring it with hot oil, I put chopped onions in the oil, it gives all its goodies and aromas to the oil, after which I filter it and already without onions, in boiling, pour this oil on carrots.Then I make a marinade, cook cabbage leaves (as on ordinary stuffed cabbage), then dip each leaf in a marinade, wrap a carrot in it (tightly), put it in a saucepan, pour the remaining marinade on top, cover it with a plate so that it can freely enter the saucepan, put oppression (mostly - 1 liter jar of water) and at night - on the balcony Cabbage rolls are very tasty and can be stored for a long time, but usually they are eaten very quickly !!!!!
