Moroccan carrot salad

Ingredients

carrot 3-4 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
ground cumin 1/2 tsp
ground chili pepper 1/6 teaspoon
lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  • 2. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  • 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry it over high heat for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add carrots, chili, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 5. Add lemon juice, stir.
  • 6. Cool the salad and eat.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes
