Ingredients

Eggplant 2 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
Celery, dill, parsley
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into cubes, put in a saucepan, add oil and put on low heat. Cut into cubes and add carrots, onions, peppers and tomatoes to the eggplant; salt. Simmer under a closed lid until tender (20 minutes). Add chopped greens about 5 minutes until tender. Serve chilled.
