Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500 gr.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Milk 1 1/4 cups
Pressed yeast 25 gr.
Eggs 4 things.
Wheat flour 2 2/3 cups
Salt taste
Lemon zest taste
Butter for frying 100 g

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese, rub with sugar, add yeast, eggs, salt, lemon zest, flour and knead the dough. Put it in a warm place for 2–3 h. When the dough is right, cut the cheese cakes out of it with a spoon and fry them in a greased frying pan until golden brown. Serve with compote, fruit juice or vanilla cream.

Wonderful cheese cakes! My eaters appreciated it perfectly! I honestly admit that until today I have never baked yeast cheesecakes, always only yeast-free, and as it turned out in vain ... It's soooo delicious, try it !!!
I did everything according to the recipe, only fried without a single drop / gram of oil, in the manner of pancakes, just in a dry ceramic pan, my people love it so much. Fried under the lid.

P.S.I took 425 gr of flour. Eggs 55 gr. I ripped off the zest from a huge lemon, you could even add more. Withstood the dough for 2 hours, during which time I crumpled 3 times, because it poured out of a saucepan like crazy. I did not stir the dough before baking.
