Compressed cottage cheese in a pack 2 pcs (400 gr.)
Boiled carrots (medium size) 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Wheat flour, premium 10 - 12 Art. l.

Cooking method

  • This recipe is for those who have difficulties in order to feed, for example, children or husband - cottage cheese. My children do not like cottage cheese. The husband hates carrots. But these cheesecakes in the house eat EVERYTHING without exception.
  • 1. Boil or steam carrots. Allow to cool. Rub on a fine grater.
  • 2. Mix together with a spoon prepared carrots, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and salt.
  • 3. Add flour. Stir again.
  • 4. Form cheese cakes with your hands. Roll the cheese pancakes in flour.
  • 5. Fry in a little vegetable oil on both sides with the lid open over medium heat.
  • 6. Place on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess grease.
  • 7. Serve with sour cream, yoghurt or fruit puree.
  • Little secrets

    1. Cook the carrots until al dente. It will be easier to grate it on a fine grater.
  • 2. The curd will be very sticky. In no case add flour, otherwise the cheesecakes will turn out tough and not tasty. Just moisten your hands periodically in warm water and shape the cheesecakes with your wet hands.
  • 3. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content, the main thing is that it is not sour and has a neutral taste.
