Wow, but I always did it with flour ... And for the first time I hear what is possible with semolina. I will definitely try!

Cubic, children's curds, these are such small curds wrapped in paper, I bought "Rosagroexport", and "baby" is probably because they used to be given in schools for breakfast. And I never did it on semolina - the recipe in the studio! I used to make syrniki on cornstarch. But these are much tastier.
Cubic
Yes, everything, in principle, is like yours, only instead of flour I add 2-3 tablespoons of semolina (I have not made syrniki for a long time, so I will not say the exact amount now, but in general the mass should be such that you can sculpt cutlets with wet hands), as well just like you add soda at the tip of a knife, well, I didn't put baby curds ...
Yes, after everything has been mixed, you need to leave the mass for 7-10 minutes to swell the semolina, then sculpt cutlets with wet hands, roll them in semolina and fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil.
taty
semolina is good when the curd is too wet and low-fat. With her
cheesecakes keep their shape better. well, they get more dense
I really like semolina

I also added orange zest. It needs quite a bit. Or squeeze a tablespoon of orange juice and add. For citrus lovers, an option.

You can also make a savory option:
Basic recipe +
0.5 tsp salt
reduce the amount of sugar to 1-2 tsp.
remove the sweet curd mass, leave just cottage cheese
Remove vanilla
Add finely chopped greens (1-2 tablespoons), finely chopped champignons (2-3 caps)
You can add a squeezed clove of garlic.
Stir well and fry like regular cheesecakes, serve with sour cream.
Sour cream can also be seasoned with herbs, or ground pepper, or garlic.

Brilliant !!! So we have not tried it yet, this is a completely different dish.

You can add chocolate with nuts to sweet cheese cakes: take half a bar, or less, of your favorite chocolate, nuts, walnuts or hazelnuts, a tablespoon, finely grind - and into cottage cheese. Put in less sugar than prescribed.

Anything that goes well with cottage cheese or cheese can be put into cheesecakes.

I like non-sweet syrniki with the addition of finely chopped red sweet pepper. Less than half of the pepper is needed. And greens.

A very attractive recipe. I also want to try such cheesecakes. Do we put the mushrooms raw or slightly fried?

I put in finely chopped raw. Champignons are also eaten raw, in salads, for example. Canned and put.

Yes, of course it is. Otherwise, you get a mess. Rely on the original, very first recipe, just remove everything sweet from there.

Thanks again!

Congratulations!

I make half the mixture sweet for children, half unsweetened for the male half of the family, and fry in two pans.

I am very glad that I liked the recipe.
At the weekend I did not make a sweet version - instead of curd cakes I added Almette cheese with herbs (but reduced sugar) - delicious !!!!! Agnes, thanks for the creative processing of the recipe - it came in handy, such ideas did not even knock on my conservative head
