Ingredients

Water 340 ml
Rye sourdough MK 100 ml
Rye flour 50 - 100 g
Wheat flour 1c. 450 - 500 g
Dry yeast 1.25 tsp
Salt 7 g
Sugar 20 g
Vegetable oil 20 g

Cooking method

  • The total amount of flour should be 550 g.
  • If using compressed yeast - 15 g.

  • All foods should be at room temperature. Bookmark in the usual order, first liquid, then dry ingredients.
  • To prepare the dough, I use the main mode with two rotations. Then I form the hearth bread. Leave for about 30-40 minutes. Baking with steam at t 240, then 180 degrees.
