Ingredients

Goose 1 PC
goose or chicken liver 2-3 pcs

Cooking method

  • Cut the goose along the sternum, carefully cut out the bony skeleton, and bones from the legs and wings.

  • Beat off the resulting layer of meat through a plastic bag.
