I always bake this kind of bread. I just vary a little with the composition. For example, yesterday I baked this: everything is the same as in the recipe for only whole-grain flour 150 g and 50 g of rye, I did not put seeds, I added 1 tsp. malt. Here's what happened. The husband is delighted

Thanks for the recipe! For the second week we have been eating only this bread, I really like it.
I fry the seeds and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and put the already cooled ones in the dispenser, with the seeds down, otherwise the sesame will wake up ahead of time through the holes in the corners of the bottom of the dispenser.
I use live 6 grams of yeast, dissolve it in warm water in a bucket, and sift flour on top, first the highest grade, and on top of whole grain.
I use sesame oil.
I bake in Panasonic on the Diet program with raisins.

Oh, for a long time no one looked into this topic. I baked bread today. It turned out not high. But this is understandable, only 400 gr. flour, the roof sagged a little, but along the valleys and over the hills. What turned out inside, I'll unsubscribe a little later when it cools down.

What happens if you use only whole grain flour without using premium wheat? Everywhere in the recipes there is premium flour.

The recipe in the book is the same as for the 257 and the same as in this thread.
Diet program with raisins.
In the recipe, I replaced sugar with honey (bread crumbles less).
Instead of raisins, seeds: 30 grams of sunflower, 25 - flax, 25 - sesame. All in all, the same 80 grams.
One photo - right after baking. Photo with a cut - after 7 hours.

Unfortunately, the taste of the bread did not please.
The bread turned out to be quite tasteless - soft, baked, does not crumble, but there is no taste at all.

I think it's a matter of whole grain flour, I've had it for quite some time.

It is possible that salt is not enough for me.
I saw a wheat recipe here on the forum, in which the author almost doubled the salt and sugar, and everyone who tried it praised it in surprise.

I will also try experiments in Panasonic recipes to find a recipe for myself.

A very good recipe. I also added flax seeds - immediately poured them onto flour, did not change anything else. It turned out great bread, you can eat it all the time, I recommend it to everyone.
The question is: which spatula should I put for such bread and in general for bread with whole grain flour? I have a Panasonic SD-256, I ordered a shovel for rye.

I liked the recipe very much. For the first time I baked in KhP, but then changed the algorithm a little: knead with Pizza, 2 hours on a warm mode, put it in a Teflon one-piece cake pan and put it in a cold oven for 20 minutes.Then I turn it on for 200 * for 20 minutes, subtract to 180 * and another 30 minutes. The bread is excellent. True, water has to be added: 300 ml immediately, and, if necessary, ~ 15-20 ml. Instead of seeds for 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sesame and flaxseed.
