Dry yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 225 g
Rye flour 325 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Rye malt 4 tbsp. l (40g)
Boiling water for malt 80 ml
Honey 2 tbsp. l
Coriander 1 tsp
Water 330 ml

Cooking method

  • I am a beginner baker, my assistant was just recently)) And my family fell in love with bread with the addition of rye flour. The bread turns out to be creamy, woke us up this morning with its aroma.
  • I took it from the instructions for the HP Panasonic SD 2501.
  • I did the bookmarking of products in turn, as in the recipe. Only now I didn't have pure sodol, but the dry mixture for rye kvass was perfect. Yeast used Saf-Moment. On the advice of the site (lately, the crust fell off during baking) I reduced a little water to 310. Maybe slightly (I still don't understand much), but the crust did not fall off !!! I put on the mode for my stove 07 Rye. I used a measuring cup and a spoon from HP. The color of the crust and the weight of the bread in this mode are set automatically for me, the coriander fell asleep immediately, since the dispenser does not work in this mode.
  • Thanks to the inventors of HP !!! I am very glad that I finally decided to buy it !!!

This bread is really very successful. Today I baked it for the 3rd time, but every time I changed something. I have no malt - instead of it dry kvass. Instead of water - potato broth. Added art. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. l. sunflower seeds. The taste is amazing

And here is my handsome man - the photo did not even let him cool down. Today (after reading opinions and recommendations) I added 1 tbsp of natural apple cider vinegar - the taste is less bland. DELICIOUS!!!

The density of the bread can be adjusted with the flour-liquid ratio. Reduce the amount of liquid, the dough will be denser.

For some reason, during the kneading, there was a kolobok, I read that I should not, but did not do anything additionally, for the first time I decided to leave it as it is!
