I reread the entire forum about jellied meat in pressure cookers.
I washed the hoof, the meat, boiled everything in an ordinary saucepan on
stove, drained the first water, put it in a pressure cooker, spices, lavrushka
added and baked for 55 minutes for two cycles.
It turned out to be a very transparent jellied meat, and the meat slid straight from
bones.
And no eight hours of languor!)))
