Ingredients

Flour 3 tbsp.
Carrot cake
(obtained by squeezing juice from carrots
juicer moulinex (400W))
2 tbsp.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Oil
(I have a mixture of butter and sunflower oils)
100 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • ! do not add liquid!
  • We load everything into the bread maker and set it to the "French dough" mode. As soon as the dough is ready, we make three bars from it and into the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Delicious carrot bars are obtained.

Note

I specifically indicated the brand of the juicer, since the cake from more powerful juicers will be drier. Pay attention to this.

st. is glasses, and if you put carrots with juice, you need to follow the bun and initially add less water, it is better to add later, during kneading

I did it with cake and grated carrots and carrots fried in butter.
If you will be making with grated carrots, follow the dough. In this recipe, water is not provided, since there is enough juice in the cake and in grated carrots. But in the squeezed carrot cake there is less juice than in grated carrots, so you will have to add a little more flour to the specified amount of flour.
