This is a machine for making dumplings and dumplings Becker VK-5202. It costs about 1 to 1.5 tons. Has anyone ever used this machine by accident? It's a very ridiculous price for it.

Why not use an inexpensive 4-sided screwdriver as a motor? The price of the issue is 600 rubles and two corners for attaching to the frame from a piece of chipboard. Reverse and speed control!

Hello dear forum users, I ask for your advice, what am I doing wrong? I bought just such a dough sheeter - noodle cutter
Dough sheeter: electrification and features of home-made dumplings
Dough sheeter: electrification and features of home-made dumplings
, I basically took it as a dough rolling machine, so the length of the rolls took 26 cm, I was happy when I received it, but it was not there, when rolling, the dough collects with an accordion, and everything in the holes, after reading the tips, I tried to make different doughs, add flour, the result is still bad! The family loves pasties, that's why they took them to make life easier
Yes, the above were interested in the motor, so to speak, to make life easier, and so on the site where I bought they are on sale, if I need to throw off the link!

The dough should not be dry. They tore off a piece, covered the rest with a bowl. Do not roll onto thin immediately. This is done by gradually reducing the thickness of the roll, starting with the thickest one. Support the rolled dough and pull it out with your left hand so that it does not collect like an accordion. Nothing complicated, you just need to adapt.

See here how I work with the test https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=277414.0
And another important point: to make the dough correctly and the dough can be different, depending on what you are going to make from it

I ordered it at Ozone, but all the models were already sold out there, only the last one remained for a lot of rubles
Although, here, it seems I found another 🔗 for 904 rubles.

I'd love to see. You can in a personal.

For those who can buy in Moscow.
I was looking for a dough sheeter for a long time, naturally with a motor and at a reasonable price (that is, cheap).
I found a GASTRORAG QF-180 dough sheeter on webshoping (with a rolling width of 180 mm !!!) and an electric drive to it for 1300 and 1600, respectively.
But!
The workmanship of the dough sheeter is not very good. I had to tighten it up (polish the axles with goy paste, otherwise, as I think, the plastic bearings would not last long, they would have rubbed off and loosened). But this is not difficult.
Dumplings are no longer translated.

Good day!

Tell me, have you solved the problem with collecting the roll out dough with an accordion in this machine?
zoyaaa
For me, if, after rolling, the dough comes out corrugated and with holes, I fold it several times and scroll it again, not always the first time, but it helps.

Thank you.
But, I am interested in a practical review on this particular machine.

There is no alternative to it yet, I have never found such a width for rolling out for reasonable money for home use.

I wonder if she has all the parts made of stainless steel or just the case, as is often the case in Chinese devices.

Girls, can you have a Keiseckhof typewriter? How is she? I saw today in Ashan, but like everything else, she is Chinese, and she wants to make my life easier, well, at least a little !!
Svet.0209
In my opinion, a Chinese machine is a lottery. Someone is lucky with them, someone is not. I was not lucky, the metal coating on the rollers peeled off during the first test rolling of the dough. If possible, it is better to buy the simplest Italian pasta machine.
Zhanik
zoyaaa, Did you try to roll it out thicker first, and then try it thinner? Is there such an option? And sprinkle with semolay (or at least our semolina)?
I read about semola in the instructions (book) about the Kenwood dough roll. I am, of course, tundra in these matters. But I liked the result and pleased!
Doxy
I won't go into the details of the coincidence of circumstances that forced me to do this, but it really WORKS! Unlike the Brat Sam topikstarter, I only had a screwdriver with a "straight screwdriver" bit and a dough sheeter, without any "dips" and stands. I inserted a screwdriver into the hole for the handle, pressed the button and off you go! Unrolling "empire", screwdriver "black & decker".
🔗

In the video, I roll out the dough into pasties. I weigh 30 gram pieces of dough, roll the balls, then roll out the circles. For me, this method turned out to be more convenient than rolling out a long sheet and cutting "pancakes" out of it.
Korzh Julia
Dear forum users, do you think it is worth overpaying for "Italy"? Are GASTRORAG different from Imperia Titania? and what?
Creamy
Korzh Julia, this is exactly the case when you deliberately need to overpay for Imperia Titania.
Korzh Julia
🔗 - like this?
Creamy
Korzh Julia, yes, such.

Brat sam, well done bro, a good way out if there are no branded engines for rolling out.
Here is one such engine ...
Is it a universal engine? Does it match the hemlux noodle cutter? I saw on one site and the price is democratic.
