Cooking method

  • Grind the butter with sugar, add salt, eggs, flour. Knead a plastic dough. Spread the dough in a thin layer over the shape, making the sides at least 3 cm. Pour coarsely chopped, pre-fried nuts on the dough, pour condensed milk on top. Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees until the surface is browned. After that, tighten the mold on top with foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Cool the finished pie a little, remove from the mold and cut.

2 eggs
0.25 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

A stunningly simple recipe, yet delicious. The secret to using condensed milk.

To prepare the dough, put flour, salt, sugar and butter in a food processor and mix everything to a crumb state with pulses. Add the egg and start the processor again in pulse mode, just until the dough is formed. Add cold water if necessary (1-2 tablespoons). Grease a mold (I take a split one) for a 26-28 cm diameter share with oil, sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, cut off excess dough, chop the dough well with a fork, put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180 C, bake the dough for 15 minutes, until the dough is pale golden in color. Let the base cool slightly.
For the filling, cut the nuts into large pieces, and, if necessary, dry the nuts in the oven. Mix all filling ingredients together except nuts. Add nuts at the end. Pour the filling onto the base and bake for about 25 minutes.
