Pork neck baked in the airfryer

Ingredients

Piece of neck 1,8 kg
Spices, salt

Cooking method

  • Marinate the meat with spices and salt. Wrap in a bag and knead the meat in it well, rubbing the spices into the meat. Put in the refrigerator for a day, in between, you can knead the meat a couple more times.

  • Place the meat on the upper grill of the AG, spray on top with quite a bit of vegetable (olive) oil to form a golden brown crust.

  • Close with a lid, set the temperature to 180 * C, bake time 60 minutes.
  • After 40-50 minutes of roasting, check the meat with a skewer. I measured readiness with a temperature probe - 74 * C.

Yes, there is no secret, everything is like everyone else

If only, I always pre-marinate the meat in spices and / or in a liquid marinade, and leave it in the refrigerator for about 1-1.5 days.
