Pancakes "Apples in dough"

Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Starch 20 g
Sand 40 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla powder 1 pack
Fresh apples 4-5 pcs.
Lemon 1 \ 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • - Cut the apples into thin slices of 0.5 cm, remove the core.
  • Pour with lemon juice, stir and set for 30 minutes.
  • - from the listed products, knead the dough. The thickness is average between pancakes and pancakes.
  • - dip the apple circles into the dough and mix gently so that they are covered with the dough.
  • - Dip each circle in the dough again and put it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked, while turning over 1-2 times.
  • Put the finished pancakes in a slide on a plate.

You can serve pancakes with anything: sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon, gingerbread mixture, sour cream, cream, jam, etc.
I poured quite a bit of spicy-sour-sweet Cumberland seasoning on top - the combination of apples in the dough with the smell and taste of berries and citrus in the gravy is very tasty!

I have dough left, and I decided to bake fresh plums in this way.
In the photo you can see on the right there are small gray cakes, I must say that it also turned out deliciously. If you decide to repeat my number, cut the plum into thick chips to fry.
