Fried chicken liver with onions.

Ingredients

Chicken liver 500-600 g
Dry table wine 100-120 ml
Bulb onions 2 heads
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Salt, pepper (chicken spices) taste
The oil grows. for frying

Cooking method

  • We clean the liver from streaks and other things, wash and fill it with dry wine. We keep the liver in wine as it turns out in time - I keep it for a day.
  • The liver can become light from wine - not scary, the color will be restored when frying.

  • After marinating in wine, drain the excess liquid through a colander (sieve), add salt, spices to taste and let soak for 30 minutes.
  • If the liver is very large and thick, cut a couple of times on one side, but not through.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, put in the liver and quickly fry until tender, periodically turning over the pieces of liver. Do not overdry!
  • We put the finished liver in a bowl with a lid so that it remains warm and soft and not aired.

  • Cut the onion into strips and fry in oil in which the liver was fried. Add crushed garlic, salt to taste.
  • We no longer fry the onion, but simmer until tender, stirring constantly.

  • Now add the onion to the liver. We let the aromas soak a little and make friends with each other.
  • Done, bon appetit!
