Cream 200 ml
Soft cheese 100 g
Salt, spices, herbs.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the liver and meat into thin slices. Lightly beaten off the meat. Marinate everything with spices and salt while the filling is being prepared.

  • 2. prepare the filling: cut the onion into cubes, fry in a little oil, then add the diced apples - fry a little more all together.
  • Cut cheese BRI with mold into cubes (strips).

  • 3. collecting rolls. First, put the beaten meat on the board, put a plate of liver on it, then sprinkle with a mixture of onion and apple and then sprinkle with cheese. We fold this structure with a roll carefully so that it does not spill out (you can stab the seam with a needle) and fold it into the shape with the seam down.

  • 4. make a gravy-pour. Fry sweet peppers, tomato, other vegetables (I took the leftover zucchini). I cut vegetables coarsely.
  • I add chopped fresh herbs to the finished vegetables, mix and pour everything into a mold for rolls, pour cream on top.

  • I put the form in the oven at 180 * C, then after 20 minutes I reduce it to 160 * C and bring it to readiness.
  • 10 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the rolls with cheese, cut into strips, let them bake until golden brown.
