At this time, I cut meat and sausage "delicacies" (leftovers from breakfast that "wait in the wings" in the freezer) and cook for 10-15 minutes in water, not in broth, then add everything from the saucepan, the soup will sweat a little (vbyen 10- 15), add greens. I put olives, olives and lemon on the plate.
Of course, this is not a "classic" hodgepodge, but a customized recipe to cook as quickly as possible (40-50 minutes), "in a hurry"

Well, for example: Smoked Carbonade, Shank, Loin, Tongue, Ham, Poultry Carpaccio, Smoked Turkey, Beef Balyk, Smoked Beef.

Without a set of smoked meats, this recipe does not make sense.
