Mini cutlets with aioli sauce

Ingredients

minced chicken 600gr
Potatoes (medium) 3 pcs
Chopped parsley 0.5 cups
finely chopped green onions 3-4 feathers
egg 1 PC
breadcrumbs 4st. spoons
bulb onions 2 pcs
salt pepper
flour 0.5 cups
mayonnaise 1 glass
mustard 1 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
finely chopped garlic 4 cloves
lemon juice 0.5 lemon
finely chopped onion seedling 4 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, crush or grate. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Combine minced chicken, potatoes and all listed ingredients to mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

  • Form small patties and fry them in plenty of oil until golden brown. Fry just before serving.

  • Serve with vegetables or stewed cabbage and sauce.

  • For the aioli sauce, mix all the ingredients, starting with the mayonnaise



Note

Somehow it did not work out with the onion seedling. Even in peacetime I never had it in my house, and even in January ... So I added some green onions to the sauce.
The cutlets turned out to be light, with a pronounced potato taste.
