good day . accept into your ranks.
today became the owner of perfezza pr55
bought in the comfi at a price of 399 hryvnia
brought home and, when turned on, found an unpleasant moment
button -cancel- crackled violently when pressed
Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza
upon examination, it turned out that the outer film is at the point of pressing the button
curved and this causes a fairly strong crackle of this very film.
it became quite obvious that the film would not last long in this mode and, in a maximum of a month, another would break.
therefore, it was decided to disassemble the device and try to fix this bug.
the device is very easy to disassemble.
just unscrew the 2 screws on the bottom and separate the bottom half.
in the corners, the half is held on plastic latches
Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza
after that I unscrewed the microprocessor control unit and behind it there was already what I needed
plastic cover with a film glued to it.
After examining the film, I decided to fix the defect on it by heating and smoothing the unevenness
for which I used a lighter from a distance of 7-9 centimeters from the film.
Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza
this method quickly bore fruit
the film smoothed out and stopped crackling and clicking when pressed.

since I disassembled the device, it was decided to improve the stroke of the buttons themselves
because I noticed that you have to press too deep on the buttons to press.
I decided to fix the situation with a kitchen cloth made of polymer material
namely, cut out circles from it and stick on the film from the inside to reduce the distance between
film and button

Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza

after assembling the entire node, it turned out something like this
Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza
the buttons began to be pressed noticeably better
no need to push them deeply now.
I also noticed an interesting moment during disassembly
there seems to be a heating element around the inner saucepan
since power wires are suitable for it
Technical department. Multicooker Perfezza
therefore, it is possible that not only the bottom is heated, but also the lateral perimeter.
I also noticed a group of wires going into the cover.
perhaps there is a temperature sensor as well as another heating element.
it is unlikely that he gives serious heating, but he can create an additional thermal cushion to create the effect of a furnace.
In general, the assembly of the device is not bad. plastic is good not brittle.
If anyone has questions about disassembly, please ask.

serik2000, well, you are Kulibin

A question, why did you choose such a cloth for the button backing? I know that such rags tend to tan without moisture.

honestly speaking, this is the first thing that came to hand.
I have a new cloth, I have never urinated with water.
and they (these rags) until new ones are tanned and remain like a porous
rubber.

This is because they are sealed. And you leave the rags for several days without packaging, and if in the sun or near the battery, then finally

it's not scary. I just needed something to fill the space between the button
and plastic wrap. and if these circles become a little hardened, this is not a problem.
the button itself is made of hard plastic. but there is no free wheeling. By the way, the rag was not in a sealed package for a long time.(2 months there was an unpacked bag) in the kit there are 3 rags each and this is the last of the kit left.

I am amazed at the titanic work of identifying the defects of the NEW multicooker and fixing them. Wouldn't it have been better to just replace the product with another, better one, even of the same brand?
I had some experience of communicating with Comfi, when the computer equipment was purchased not quite of the quality that was needed, then there was a long way through the service centers, but they still offered a replacement, as a result of which I had to buy even a product that was not thought of at all- coffee maker. This is the last thing I would ever want to buy, I somehow got used to brewing coffee in cezve, but now for almost 2 years we have been brewing only in a coffee maker, the most demanded thing in the kitchen.
In general, Comfi is a normal store, and they do the exchange there.
Probably, the author of the study of the multicooker device simply became interested in himself

it's true, after all, for several years he worked as a chief engineer in a company that deals with automotive additional equipment. including engaged in the diagnosis of defective products. communication with the manufacturer in order to eliminate typical (frequently occurring) faults and defects.

I also disassembled mine, but my rubber band fell inside from my careful rubbing of the insides, I had to disassemble, find it there and stick it in place. Mine looked different inside, in my insulation (or insulator?) Is.

As a result of using the device, small burnt spots appear on the bottom of the saucepan.
it was impossible to wash them with standard means.
tried homestos. helped instantly. the only thing after such washing it is necessary to rinse the saucepan for a long time with running water, since the domestos contains chlorine.
I cannot judge the effect of the domestication on the coating, so if you wash it at your own peril and risk.
By the way, I really did not like the coating of the saucepan. if it really is Teflon, then some kind of poor quality. everything it can sticks.
sazalexter
serik2000 If this is Teflon, then chlorine and solvents are not afraid of him. And the quality of Teflon has greatly deteriorated over the past three years with Teflon.

about!!! that is, if necessary, more forgiving can be used safely. super.

but how to actually understand what kind of coverage? if they write "non-stick coating" - this does not mean that it is Teflon? and what is teflon then?

I'm not happy with the coverage, but it suits me. sometimes something can stick, but not much and not often.
probably still matters with what to compare. I compare with my stainless steel pots, enamelled and with the so-called non-stick coating.
when I cooked on the stove it burned so badly that it took a very long time to soak and actually gnaw the katsrul. milk porridge is generally a bad dream.

And the quality of Teflon has greatly deteriorated over the past three years, Teflon has definitely
and I noticed how the quality of the stainless steel worsened. I'm not talking about expensive brands. I'm talking about those pots that are sold to ordinary mortals. the price for an ordinary stainless steel is rather big, and the alloy there apparently is not at all the same.

Teflon is essentially such a plastic. according to our fluoroplastic.
if the pan does not shine with metal from the inside but has a matte black color, then it is PTFE that is applied inside.
(Teflon) but the quality is very different. It depends, as I understand it, on the base and the relief on which the fluoroplastic itself is applied (substrate). the thickness of the applied fluoroplastic layer. Well, perhaps the quality of the fluoroplastic itself.
unfortunately in perfezze the adhesive properties of the coating are not up to par. therefore I had to use domestos. Let me remind you once again after homestocking you need to wash the pot very well with water to remove chlorine.
sazalexter
Teflon products can be milky white, gray, bluish and black, and depends on the manufacturer's imagination and fashion. The fluoroplastic (Teflon) itself is translucent, and the color range depends on the color of the filler and substrate

Yes exactly . I just have everything in the house. everything is black inside. but the Cuckoo is light to mine.

No, Kuku has black, and Panasonic's 255 bucket is gray, and Berger's "ceramic" pans and a cloud of others are white as snow, such as ceramics

Probably, with ceramic surfaces, the prices are immeasurable.
In general, even if something has stuck, it is washed off after a little soaking very easily, even without Domestos, for example, I use a rubber-coated sponge, especially for such surfaces.
But I don't cook 3-4 times a day, of course, until it turns out every other day or a little more often ...

Please tell me! Yesterday I poured corn grits and poured water into the multicooker without a pan. I realized this only when the water flowed out from under the multi. I have a perfza 56. I was going to take me to a service center, but suddenly I came across this topic. Thanks in advance!

this is certainly not good, but I already had something like that.
poured sugar without a saucepan, poured milk. a couple of times poured water.
Sugar was carefully vacuum cleaned, milk residues too. the water just waited until everything drained and dried.
I will not say that I managed to delete everything without a trace (I just did not disassemble my cartoon), but it works for me after these incidents without problems.

for a start, you need not to panic, everything is well cleaned and dried. then check the functionality. and only in case of any deviations from normal operation - carry it to the service.

this is not a warranty case anyway. have to pay.
