500 gr mixed minced meat (50:50 pork and beef)
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper to taste
herbs-seasonings at will (I have dry parsley, curry, paprika)
50 grams of instant oatmeal
100 ml milk

125 gr mozzarella
1 large red bell pepper

1 tablespoon sour cream for lubrication

Pour the oatmeal with milk and wait until the milk is absorbed and you get a viscous mass (I poured it in the morning and cooked it in the evening). Chop the onion very finely, pass the garlic through a press. Mix all the components of the mince and mix well.
Cut the sweet pepper into small cubes, the mozzarella also into cubes, about 1x1 cm. Stir the pepper and mozzarella into the minced meat.
Put the finished minced meat in a prepared form (I baked in silicone) and grease with sour cream. Bake for about an hour in a preheated oven at T 180 ° (convection 160 °). When the gravy boils, reduce T by 20 °.
Leave the finished cake for 30 minutes in the form, part of the gravy is absorbed. Drain the rest of the gravy (great for preparing a side dish) and shake the cake out of the mold onto a plate. Put in the oven for a few minutes to brown the top.
Indescribable taste! The mozzarella was completely dissolved and tasted awesome!
