Meat and omelet roll

Ingredients

Eggs 4 things.
Hard cheese 250 g
Mayonnaise 1 pack.
(200 g)
Minced meat (like dumplings) 0.5KG

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs and mayonnaise well
  • Meat and omelet roll
  • Grate cheese on a large grater and mix until smooth with a syayak-mayonnaise mixture
  • Meat and omelet roll
  • Pour our mixture into a mold and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • while our cake is baking, we make minced meat, like on dumplings

  • we take by the edges of the paper and carefully transfer everything together on the table, without a form

Yesterday I was leafing through old culinary notebooks and came across this recipe. I saw it for a long time in "SMAK" on TV and recorded it, but I never cooked it. And today I decided to try it. It turned out even very tasty and beautiful.

I don't cover the roll with anything. From time to time I pour over the allocated juice. It will not be dry, in the same place the minced meat is liquidish as on dumplings. The roll is very juicy. I don't even know how to answer about the temperature. ... I have an old Elekta oven. The temperature is not regulated there. I warmed it up well, and then I made a small fire and that's it. Probably if you bake at 180, the time will be the same. Good luck, I hope I answered clearly

Hello!
I also decided to try this roll. I barely ripped the omelet off the parchment paper. But I’m probably my own fault. She put 9 eggs, not 4, and instead of cheese she put feta cheese. She smeared the parchment paper with butter, and probably it was necessary vegetable oil. Everyone liked the roll very much! I think this roll will now appear frequently on our table.

Glad Natasha that I liked it. As for the parchment, I forgot to indicate that the paper should be greased with sunflower oil. Hope it didn't taste good. ... By the way, it looks very beautiful, it came out ruddy
