If there is an urgent need to keep it longer, then you can make it in a multicooker pressure cooker. About 40 minutes, on the bottom of the silicone mat, close the cans with twist-off screw caps, fill up to the hangers. Pour salt water just above the product level, close the pressure cooker and cook. Any product makes a delicious treat.
It's better to store it in a cool place :))
