Breaded chicken wings

Ingredients

0.5 kg chicken wings
2-3 tbsp Teriyaki marinade soy sauce
bran / grit / breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Wash the wings, dry with a napkin, put in a bowl and pour over the sauce. Spread the sauce over each wing with your hands. Leave to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, mix them several times. Heat enough oil for frying in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Roll each wing in breading, put in a frying pan and fry over fairly high heat on both sides until golden brown. Remove the pan from the stove, cover and leave to simmer for another 10 minutes.

  • For breading I took rye grains.
