Ingredients

For 1-2 servings:
200 gr of fatty market cottage cheese
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy, add cottage cheese and milk and beat again. Grease a heat-resistant form with butter and put the curd mixture in it.
