I tried this recipe quite by accident - I liked it very much, I will do it all the time now. Fortunately, store frozen mushrooms are always at home. I cooked them for pizza and at the same time I cooked them to try this recipe.
Everything turned out in its own way, but I will write, suddenly someone will come in handy: I ​​cooked 250 grams of frozen mushrooms with a minimum amount of water for 30 minutes in a slow cooker, put it in a glass saucepan + 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 3 cloves of garlic (cut into slices), black peppercorns.
