Cupcake in a mug on yolks

Ingredients:

Wheat flour (preferably whole grain) 4 tablespoons
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Yolks 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
Baking soda 1/3 tsp
Kefir 3/4 Art. (so that the dough is thin, flowing)

Cooking method
