People, hello!
On TV in the TV shop they advertise the ROVUS steam iron.
🔗

Who has such or similar? Is the skin worth the waste? They show how quickly and beautifully the steam strokes, but it costs a lot of money (and I don’t mind them for a good thing, only for a GOOD one). I would like to have one at home. Owners! Are you happy with this thing? Or is it still more reliable than the old, proven method - an ordinary steam iron?

I do not have such a thing, a couple of times when buying things in the store they steamed my clothes. In particular, a dress made of thin knitwear, you just need to iron it very carefully with an iron and through a rag, otherwise it starts to shine. With steam, everything is easier, waved - and everything is beautiful, The only thing is that after steaming the thing is slightly damp, you need to give it time to dry. What kind of iron it was, rovus or not, I did not remember.
In general, I have not finally decided for myself whether I need such a thing, from the outside it seems simple and convenient, but how it is when you yourself wave them directly is not clear. And in general it is not clear how convenient it will be to iron large things, bedding for example ...
so I'll wait for the feedback with interest!

This iron is ideal only for a stock store. They get them in bags and need to be smoothed out quickly. At home, I personally would not keep such a bandura. An ordinary modern iron with turbo steam or vertical steam function will do the same for you. And it will not take up additional space, and ironing is more familiar to them.

I advise you to pay attention to Silter irons (link above). It doesn't take up much space, the only problem is distilled water. I have been using such irons for almost 10 years, it is easy to iron even dry bed linen, vertical steaming is excellent, arrows on the trousers are a string, etc. Advice is to buy a special sole for it to prevent weasel.

My hands are itching to buy that Rovus too .. I'm still waiting for the reviews, maybe someone has already tried
I love the idea that you can lay the linen and then iron it! And then she began to iron the bed linen

I don't remember where I read it (while studying irons): an effective steam iron is one with a steam pressure of more than 4 bar. I found on the Internet that Rovus has a Steam pressure: 2.5 bar. Here. However, the vaunted Laurastar has this pressure of 3.5. And for me it is enough for the eyes.

I looked and looked at this Rovus, but I did not understand how it differs from any other steamer.
And at the expense of the idea of ironing the linen right on the bed with this iron - something seems to me that the mattress will absorb all this steam and will start to smell bad.

ROVUS (I agree with Jefry's opinion) is convenient and practical for shops. I personally used the services of this device myself. Nothing special, 1 big plus - it is convenient when ironing down jackets (fluff straightens inside).

Hello everybody! I have a 685 Vitesse iron - a good, very powerful model with many functions + a self-cleaning system (I paid close attention to this when choosing an iron). The impressions from use are very pleasant! I iron everything, from curtains to curtains and silk.

Natasha, did you buy your own not in Dixie by chance? I have the same one, I bought it at the stock. the iron is inexpensive, but so functional and powerful that I think it outperforms expensive irons. The power is very high - 2800 W.There are many holes on the sole, the steam is well distributed.
I also like that there is a vertical steaming function, it perfectly smoothes hard-to-reach places. super!

I also look at this iron in Dixie, I like it outwardly, well, since there are good reviews about it, then I will definitely buy it.
