I got the test Air Snickers Cake 1153-188 = 965 grams (net weight) I divided it into three PARTS (about 320 grams each) .. it was parts and not balls, as in the recipe .. I got SOUCH batter ... I took 3 glasses of flour (faceted with a slide ) ..
I didn't roll the flour onto the sheets, but spread it like a thick cream ...
I whipped the whites (so far only for 2 cakes) .. what kind of "peaks" it should turn out .. fig knows it, but without sugar it looked like this ...

I added more flour to almost a glass, but the dough was still soft Very. Sugar less per glass. The cream also seemed a little, but I did it with caramel sauce instead of condensed milk, I just made a double portion of it. Nuts, peanuts, chopped with a rolling pin, but still it turned out finely, next time I will make it larger.

I added 30% sour cream to the dough, it turned out to be a delicious shortbread, I also made the cream sour cream with condensed milk slightly boiled in the microwave, (300g sour cream and near a can of condensed milk), made half the norm of the amount in the recipe, it turned out one large crust on the oven tray, then just cut it in two. after a night of standing on the balcony, the cake was not soaked, but the meringue was a little stringy, and after standing on the table it became soaked and soft. In general, we are happy with the result. Thank you very much.
Conclusion for me: less sugar, until I decided where
