Ingredients

vanilla sugar 1 p.
sesame 250 g

Cooking method

  • Easy to prepare, crispy, healthy.
  • Just beat with a fork, you get a thick mass. Spread this mass with a teaspoon on parchment paper. Do not smear the paper with anything!
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool on paper, then remove.
  • This makes two baking sheets of cookies.

I baked on baking paper. After cooling, they tear off normally (no paper). They would definitely stick to the deck. Unfortunately there is no silicone for baking.

I baked on a silicone rug - though my cookies spread out and got a sesame crust, but these are trifles - so, you still need to let the cookies cool down (mine cooled for about 20 minutes on a cool balcony), then they lag very well behind the rug
