Ingredients

Butter (room temperature) 110 g
Sugar 200 gr.
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l
Ground coffee (I have instant coffee) 2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Peanut paste 3/4 Art.
Egg 1 PC.
Ripe banana (weight in a peel 200 g.) 1 PC.
Wheat flour 300 gr.
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Beat butter with sugar, cocoa and coffee until smooth.

  • Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the dough. The dough is very sticky

Note

Delicious soft biscuits with a crispy crust! Coffee and cocoa are not felt, next time I will replace them with pieces of chocolate. Peanut flavor prevails with a slight banana hint
