Lean squid cutlets

Ingredients

Squid 2 carcasses
Bulb 1 medium
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Rice flour 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Defrost carcasses, wash and remove the film.
  • Chop the carcasses - I did it in the chopper of a submersible blender. Add the onion - and chop again
  • Add mayonnaise and rice flour to the mass, season with salt and pepper
  • Fry over medium heat, spreading out with a spoon. When the cutlets are browned on both sides, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to minimum - for 5 minutes.
  • All!
  • My comments: of course, you can grind in a meat grinder, then you need to do it twice:
  • -first time squid
  • - the second time a mass of squid with onions
  • In order to quickly clean the carcasses from the film, I dipped them in boiling water for 20 seconds and immediately under cold water.
  • I have lean mayonnaise, I added it for juiciness by analogy with chicken cutlets, you can do without it completely. And rice flour can also be replaced with ordinary
