Security system and main controls
The lid of the device is designed to provide maximum protection even at very high pressures inside the device. In addition, the safety lock (2) on the lid will not allow you to open the lid if the pressure is too high inside, which is a very important point for your safety.
The safety valve (4) is triggered if the pressure in the bowl exceeds the permissible value.
A temperature sensor records the temperature inside the bowl. The electronic device maintains the optimum cooking temperature. In case of overheating, the heater switches off automatically, the display shows the symbol "E 3".
If the electronics fail and the temperature rises to the limit value, the thermal fuse is triggered and de-energizes the device.
Description of the multicooker Aresa AR-2009
The multicooker is designed for cooking food using high pressure and long-term exposure to high temperatures. This is a multifunctional device for modern housewives who not only care about their health, but also value their time. You don't have to stand near the stove and watch the cooking. You just put all the ingredients you need into the multicooker and set the cooking parameters.
In a multicooker-pressure cooker, products are cooked without access to air at a temperature of 110-115 * C, due to which they retain more vitamins and minerals, as well as the original taste of the products.
When preparing various dishes in traditional ways (on the stove), a lot of steam and unpleasant odors are often emitted.
The multicooker-pressure cooker allows you to cook food without the constant release of steam and smells of cooking products.
When cooking rice porridge, soup in a multicooker, as well as stewing products that usually take a long time to cook, you save up to 40% of your time and up to 45% of energy.
The advantages of this multicooker:
Built-in microcomputer, LCD display.
Fashionable exquisite design, lightness and ease of use.
Time delay function
The ability to independently set the cooking time. The removable pan with a thick bottom and sides has a special coating to which nothing sticks.
A spacious pan of the device will allow you to cook a variety of dishes for 5-10 people.
Operation of the multicooker Aresa AR-2009
Free the device and all accessories from the packaging material. Take out all accessories and user manual. Read the instructions carefully and follow the directions given in it.
Place the device on a flat, dry surface. Thoroughly wash all food contact parts in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and then wipe dry.
Wipe the housing, interior and lid with a damp sponge, and then dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
Open the lid by grasping the lid handle and turn it clockwise until it stops, and then lift it up.
place the bowl in the multicooker body and also make sure that there are no foreign objects between the inner bowl and the heating surface.
The inner bowl has a scale of levels, marked in beats - 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5; and in cups (CUP) - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10; and also FULL (full bowl).
Fill the bowl with the pre-prepared food and water so that the contents are between the 1/5 and 4/5 marks (the minimum level is 1/5, the maximum level is 4/5). For food that grows in size during cooking, the maximum level mark should not exceed the 3/5 mark.
Close the cover in the reverse order of opening.
Be sure to check that the O-ring is correctly positioned and securely seated in the instrument cover. Make sure the O-ring is inside the steel ring.
Do not use a multicooker with a damaged O-ring, or damage (deep scratches, chips) to the edges of the multicooker adjacent to the O-ring.
Then make sure that the retaining pin sinks into the cover body. At the same time, you should hear a slight click. This means that the cover is firmly locked in position.
Plug the multicooker into a power outlet. Do not connect the device to an outlet if the above recommendations are not followed. Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the voltage of the mains in your house (220V, 50 Hz).
The valve opening button (3) must not be depressed. In this position, steam cannot escape from the appliance, making it possible to increase the pressure. The steam outlet safety valve has two positions: closed position (sealing) and steam outlet (pressure reduction).
When you turn on the multicooker to the network, the screen displays: 00:00.
Using standard cooking programs. If you want to use one of the available cooking programs, turn the knob on the control panel. The corresponding indicator light comes on.
The multicooker has ten standard cooking time settings.
Description of the dish Soup Meat Bone meat Aspic / Legumes Braising Frying Porridge / Rice Fish
Default time 25 20 13 30 20 15 12 10
Minimum cooking time 15 10 10 25 15 10 1 5
Maximum cooking time 40 30 30 40 35 25 20 20
Note! Please note that these are general guidelines. The actual cooking time may differ from the recommended values, depending on the type and amount of food, as well as your taste preferences.
Connect the multicooker to the network, press the power button. The display will show 0000.
When a program is selected, the following information will be displayed on the control panel display: "P: XX", where XX is the time that the food will be cooking (when the program is selected, the time will be set by default).
You can set the cooking time yourself using the regulator. Select the program you need.Press the knob and turn it clockwise to increase the cooking time and counterclockwise to decrease it. Each turn increases / decreases the time by 1 minute. After changing the time, the display will flash 5 times, and then the multicooker will go into working mode and start working automatically.
Delayed start - the "Time" button allows you to set the time after which you want to receive the finished dish (for example, if you want to receive the finished dish in 2 hours, set the time 02:00. The microprocessor will start the preset program, the dish will be ready when the timer ends Countdown). Each time you press the button, the delay time increases by 30 minutes.
Canceling the set program or time. In case you want to cancel the start of the cooking process or the time you have set, press the knob. Press the knob again to reselect the desired program or set the time. The display will show "00:00". Select the program you need, increase / decrease or set the time yourself again.
Multicooker mode. After completing the programming of the multicooker, or after the expiration of the delayed cooking time, the multicooker switches to the operating mode. The start of work will be evidenced by the display of information in the format "P: XX", where XX is the set cooking time.
ATTENTION! You cannot change the set time during cooking.
Immediately after starting work, the multicooker heats up the food and builds up the necessary pressure for cooking. After the pressure reaches the required value, the safety valve of the multicooker will work, which locks the lid, preventing it from opening, as long as there is excess steam pressure inside. The cooking process is displayed on the multicooker display in the form "P: XX", where P is the indicator that the required pressure has been created in the multicooker, and XX is the time in minutes remaining until the end of cooking.
After the end of the cooking process, the multicooker will beep (3 times), the display will show "bb". After that, the multicooker will automatically switch to the keeping temperature mode. The heating indicator comes on.
ATTENTION! If during cooking you hear a beep and an error code symbol appears on the display, immediately disconnect the appliance from the mains and contact the service center.
Error code:
E1 - the sensor circuitry is disconnected,
E2 - sensor short circuit,
ЕЗ - the device overheated,
E4 - switch blocking signal.
Completion of cooking.
In order to reduce the pressure inside the device, press the valve opening button.
ATTENTION! When the safety valve is opened to reduce the pressure, steam may escape! To avoid burns, do not lean over the instrument and keep your fingers away from the pressure relief valve ports.
It is not recommended to reduce the pressure immediately after the “Preheat” temperature hold indicator comes on after the end of the cooking process. Let the appliance cool down until the safety valve is in the down position. Failure to do so may result in steam escaping and burns.
Disconnect the device from the mains, remove the plug from the socket.
Take the cover by the handle, turn the cover clockwise until you feel that the fastening between the device body and the cover is loose. Remove the cover from the instrument. Remove the food (ready meal) from the bowl.
Precautions when using the bowl.
ATTENTION! The surface of the inner bowl has a special non-stick coating that requires careful and gentle handling.
Use a wooden or special plastic spatula to stir. Do not pour vinegar into the pot, as this may damage the coating.
After some time, the bowl may change color due to the fact that it comes into contact with water and detergents, this is a normal phenomenon and the multicooker can be used further without fear.
