Apple filling for Chuchelka pies

Ingredients

for 250g apple filling
apples 300g
sugar (depending on the sweetness of the apples) 0- 30 g
corn starch 1h l.
rum 1 st. l.
vanillin
or cinnamon - to taste

Cooking method

  • baked my beloved scarecrow pies , but not with cabbage, but tried a new apple filling from Luda mariana-aga. I really liked the filling - very simple and very tasty
  • for one pie (46-60g of dough) there is 20g of apple filling. count accordingly
  • finely chop apples (better with a Bosch cube harvester)
  • put in a mesh saucepan, sprinkle with sugar (if the apples are sweet, you can do it without sugar, if sour - 1-2 tablespoons), and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes. remove from micra, add rum and vanillin, sprinkle with starch and mix. cool until warm before using in the filling.
  • the apples in the filling are amazing - like fresh, but very tasty, soft enough, and the juice does not flow, but all inside! I really liked the filling, use it to your health!
