Ingredients

bread (white or gray) 100gr.
boiled eggs 2 pcs.
hard cheese 150gr.
pickles 2 pcs.
garlic 1-2 cloves
mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • I read this recipe in the local newspaper just the other day, I wanted to cook it without putting off the recipe "for later" as usual.
  • And not in vain - the taste pleased. From ordinary products, an unusual salad in taste is obtained, which can be prepared any day - almost always everything is from the ingredients. Preparing quickly.
  • No photo, looks normal, took it quickly and ate it even faster.
  • Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in a rast. butter until golden brown.
  • Grate eggs and cheese, peel the cucumbers (if the skin is coarse) and cut into strips.
  • Squeeze the garlic through the garlic.
  • Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
  • I made a salad with pickled cucumbers, I think it doesn't change the taste much.

I think the principle is the same here - toasted bread, finely grated cheese-egg ... the taste is just so unexpectedly satisfying and spicy ...

I think that any cheese is suitable for this salad, and in the mixture too, you can add quite a bit of garlic directly to the mayonnaise for the "background".
Today I was preparing a completely lazy version with ready-made crackers, Flint. Sour cream and greens "- they are neutral in taste. Cucumbers were pickled.
On the second day, the salad is good, but it is better to add the croutons not all at once, but only in the portion that you eat to crunch.) But not crunchy, delicious.
