Was Saf-Levure yeast activated before laying? Poured warm water with flour?

But I didn’t pour it in and bakes well, and immediately baked for 4 hours, and set it on a timer for the night, and Lviv yeast also works

Only noisy kneads at night of course ...

Can rum help yeast? Must try on horseback

So let's deal with yeast first.

Flour "KievMlyn" of the highest grade, yeast "Nevada", water with a bottle of old myrhorod and rum captain morgan, all according to the recipe, pornoslonic stove 255, Basic mode, size L, with a light crust
In this example, activated Nevada yeast is used, but here

The height of the loaf is absolutely no, maximum 10 cm turned out
All according to recipes, flour - Kievmlyn, yeast - Saf-Levure active.
What is the reason? Basic mode, XL, crust - medium.
What could be the reason?
Saf-Levure active (not to be confused with the SAF-moment), this yeast must first be activated in warm water.

And here I got to Pina Colada, baked like Gasha. The smell was divine, and the taste was even better. Thanks for the recipe.

I mixed "Saf-moment" (the most problem-free yeast), cognac on dry and dry form, but in the recipe (250 ml of water), without considering the volume of liquid in advance, I also added 1 egg (I like baking) ...
It turned out much thinner than the usual kolobok, so I sit thinking - to add flour al no ...
In general, I added about half a cup (240 ml from Ski) flour ...

But still not a bun. This is nonsense, right?
Archy
Yes. It turned out such a failed loaf, very crumbly, and most importantly - BITTER in taste (1 table of brandy was in total?!?!?) ...

Can you tell me why? It cannot be just because of a slightly larger amount of water.

In general, I poured flour from half a glass, one egg, baked in LG on a "standard" one with a "light crust" ...

It was better to take a special program, there is a different temperature regime, better for sweet pastries. Maybe I wouldn't have failed. And that's why it's bitter - I'm at a loss. I had a normal, sweet, also made with cognac.

Oh thanks!!! Recipe - what you need And for Orthodox fasting people - a great consolation in Great Lent! I really comforted my friends today.I didn't have coconut flakes, I did without it, I added vanilla, instead of rum or brandy, I poured Art. a spoonful of Riga balsam (what was). I put 15 g of pressed pressed yeast, flour (480 g) on such an amount of water turned out to be a bit too much for me, but I always follow the bun and therefore did not add all the flour. it took me somewhere 440 gr. And I also want to thank you for the advice to cut candied fruits with scissors. It is not for nothing that they say: "live and learn". Baked on the "Baking" program, size - 900 g, crust - light (I have Rolsen RBM-1160). Low bow to the author!

Candied fruits do not scratch, no matter how dry they are (yesterday I added completely dried remains of papaya on a signal to the bun - everything is ok). But I myself managed to scratch with a Teflon spatula when I took out a loaf. But even then - it does not stick !!!

After reading this, I put dry candied fruits into the HP bucket. The bucket was not scratched, but after a while the coating was rubbed on the protruding ribs below, first on one side, and then on the other. This does not affect baking in any way, but a light crust of dried dough remains in these places, which must be soaked in warm water. Now, before laying candied fruits, I pour boiling water over them. Maybe, of course, this is so in my HP, and in others it is of a better quality, but it's better not to risk it.

Good evening everyone!
I am a very, very novice owner of HP. I tried to bake only the simplest bread (I must say, it turned out very tasty).

HP I have Moulinex OW3022. I want to try baking this bun. Can you please tell me which program is better to do this?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

In your KhP you can use the Sweet Bread program.
The "main" program is also great for this bun.
Good luck with your bread!

And we somehow did not go very well. It was baked well, everything had risen, baked, etc. But it tasted like an ordinary loaf with raisins. I don’t know what was the matter, not very candied fruit or something else ... The coconut was fresh, but it was not felt anywhere except on the teeth. The cognac smelled fragrant during all the baking, and then disappeared somewhere. Perhaps I'll try sometime with candied fruits from another manufacturer ...

Tell me if you add white wine? otherwise there is no other alcohol at home.
Gasha
No need for white wine, then do not put anything, the bread will be delicious even without alcohol!

And for the future, still buy cognac for culinary purposes ...

Gasha, under your strict guidance I will become a great cook. In life, apart from pancakes, nothing worked

Come on!!! On this site, very responsive people have gathered! They will prompt, they will think, they will explain on the fingers! And you yourself will not notice how you will learn everything, and you will teach others!

Take my Pino Colada with a few modifications.
I didn't add alcohol, for lack of it.
I added buttermilk instead of water. Everything else is according to recipes. The program "basic" raisins and candied fruits steamed for 15 minutes, covered everything in one go. There is no feeling that everything has sunk to the bottom.
I will not cut the children to the village tomorrow

Thanks for the bun! I was just looking for something tasty to post. I didn’t feel the coconut at all, although it was open for a long time. I added all sorts of candied fruits, pineapple was not enough. I added a bit of water, otherwise the bun was very steep, but I could have added it, but I was afraid that it would not intervene qualitatively. The texture turned out to be very pleasant - fibrous and not crumbly, and generally a delicious roll. I need to buy candied fruits

A pleasant combination of not very sweet bun and sweet candied fruits in it.
So this is bread with candied fruits: sugar is only 2 tbsp. l. I put so much in bread, as in my original recipe from HP, I'm used to it.
I'll have to bake too. The owner of the recipe seems to have been away from the forum for a long time.
