How unforgivably long I kept it in the bookmarks, ay-ay-ay !! How wonderful the recipe turned out to be, everything I love: fast, simple and tasty! Although it was not without a gag, of course ..
My changes:
Made on cottage cheese (400 g), it was urgent to dispose of it. The cottage cheese was not dry, already standing, and quite sour.
Added 50 g of vegetable oil.
Eggs - 3 small C1.
Cocoa - increased to 15 g.
Flour - 1st grade - 250 g.
Having already put it in the oven, I realized that I had made an almost fatal mistake - instead of 400 g of sugar I put in only 250. I decided to compensate for the insufficient sweetness by increasing the sugar in the glaze - I put 150 g of sugar in it. Baked for 35 minutes at 180 gr. Deep baking sheet - 43x32.
Immediately from the oven, smeared with hot cherry jam. As soon as the jam dried a little, cut into diamonds, poured icing on top and allowed to cool.
Despite the loose use of the recipe, everything worked out at its best! Very tender, chocolatey and delicious! Many thanks to the author !! Unfortunately, the photo does not convey all the beauty and deliciousness!
