Buckwheat pancakes with baked

Ingredients
Ready-made buckwheat porridge (or boiled buckwheat) 1 cup
wheat flour 3-4 tbsp. l. with a slide

eggs 2 pieces (you can also use whipped whites)
Greens - parsley, dill, cilantro to choose from and to taste.
Cooking method

If you cook buckwheat porridge at home, leave a glass for making pancakes.
I spied on this recipe in a program about healthy eating and, of course, added something else from myself.
Solder:
Fresh vegetables, fruits, berries:
Sweet pepper, zucchini (zucchini), sour apple - three on a coarse grater
Cranberries (lingonberries), dried apricots, prunes - finely chop. I added dried apricots and prunes to balance the bland taste of vegetables.
What vegetables and fruits your imagination will tell you to add, just so that they are combined to taste, not bland.
Put all the products for the dough into a bowl and knead the dough to the consistency of "sour cream".
If you will make a dough on whipped proteins, then you need to add them to the dough at the very end, after adding heat to the dough.
Add all the vegetables, fruits, berries, mix and the dough is ready.
Adjust the thickness of the dough by adding flour or milk.
Now we bake pancakes in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
That's what I did.

In general, this is an old Russian cuisine. Everything is united by the name "pancakes with baking", it is made universally, the dough is from liquid to thick, any filling. I do so often.
Pancakes with baked - this is how pancakes are called, in which any products are baked: chopped boiled eggs, mushrooms, chopped vegetables, etc. That is, pancakes with baked are a kind of dumplings made from pancake dough and the "ancestors" of closed pizza ...
These pancakes are usually baked in this way: less dough is poured into the pan than usual. When the pancake is slightly browned, put the filling ("hot") on it and fill it with a new portion of dough so that the "hot" is inside the pancake.
Then turn the pancake to the other side and lightly fry.

By the way, I used the principle of putting the heat on one side of the pancakes, and then turning them over to the other side. I personally did not like it.
Let me explain why.When you put raw vegetables and berries on the dough and then turn them on this raw side in a hot frying pan, fireworks start in the frying pan from splashes in different directions of the juice emitted from raw vegetables and other things.
Even if you cover the heat with an additional amount of dough, the same situation with splashes can occur when turning over.
This I have already passed, as they say. This method is good for dry filling, which will not splatter when in contact with a hot pan and oil.
And my heat consists of raw vegetables, which have a lot of their juice.
