Budapest pie

Ingredients

DOUGH:
butter 100 g
egg 1 PC.
milk or water 2 tbsp. l.
FILLING:
minced meat 250 g
bulb 1 PC.
salt, pepper, seasonings taste
tomatoes (preferably one size) 1 kg
FILLING:
eggs 4 things.
cream or sour cream 200 ml
salt, pepper, spices, fresh herbs taste

Cooking method

  • I took the recipe from the magazine "I love to cook". This is not the first time I've done it - it's very tasty !!!!

  • Beat soft butter or margarine with egg and salt. Add flour and milk or water. Knead a soft dough. It is better if the dough is in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, but you can cook it right away. Roll out the dough and spread it out in a mold with a high side.

  • Fry minced meat with finely chopped onion, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and select the pulp - you get boats. Salt and pepper them. Stuff with minced meat and put the tomato cut down tightly on the dough.
  • Beat eggs with cream or sour cream, salt and pepper, add seasonings or fresh herbs. Pour the mixture over the tomatoes.

Time for preparing:

about half an hour

Cooking program:

Furnace at T1800 FROM.

Tasty both hot and cold.

Apparently, the flour was lost when transferring the recipe to a new form!
Flour needs 200 g.
