I was making some mind-blowing donuts the other day from my very talented virtual friend.

as well as a complete description of the process with a photo. You can even discuss the recipe there on her forum.
I made dough in HP, of course. At first I decided to make half the portion, but since I forgot the water and then in a hurry added 250 ml of it (we take the usual 250 ml glass there), I had to quickly add all the other ingredients to the full portion. As a result, 30 fragrant, airy, soft donuts came out.
This means that the dough was made in Moulinex 5002 using the "Yeast dough" mode, then small balls were simply formed (they first emerge on the board, then bubble in the oil). And I also filled them immediately, since I did not have a syringe). But I put only 1 cherry from the jam, having previously washed it so that it would not be difficult to cover it up and would not flow out during frying.
in general, I recommend these donuts in every way, since my husband is very capricious, but immediately sentenced 10 pieces)))

Well, in the description, the author did just that, but I don't have a syringe, so I put it inside. My mom does it masterfully, but I’m not very friendly with yeast dough, and I don’t know how to put a spoonful of jam there.
