Thank you all for the answers, you need to buy the scales. And I didn’t complain about the lean ones, I just said as a fact that they were prepared for fasting with the ingredients in mind.

The scales are necessary, you are right.
Yes, a lean option is possible.
Good luck!
Margit
Girls, thanks for supporting the recipe!
Sometimes, instead of potatoes, I put sweet millet porridge cooked in milk in the filling, this is one of the options for classic kystybyshk. Try it, maybe you will like this option.

You have got wonderful kystybs, do not be discouraged that you had to add flour to the dough. There is also my mistake, it was necessary to indicate the rate of flour for water in the recipe, but I indicated only the rate of flour for kefir.
Attic
But now I know how much kefir, next time I'll make it on it. And also tell me how here, on the forum, to put pluses to forum users and forum users.

I would like to know from Rita and everyone who often makes a kystyby one moment
I probably suffer from "gigantism", I do not very often, but a lot, so that on the trail. day was enough
I do everything, as if in the same way as in the recipe, I grease the kystybyshk with plenty of butter, but the cold ones, the next day, when I start to separate, many are partially stuck together
Warmed up and fried on the second day, I like it better
In her youth she lived in Kazan and kystyby preferred any other baked goods
Margit
Lydia, if there are a lot of kystybyshek and you want to keep them in the refrigerator, then before that, grease each one with ghee and put it in a pile on a dish again.

I really like my kysty recipe like this:
Ingredients
For the test:
Flour (wheat) - 300 g
Milk - 130 ml
Butter (butter) - 50 g
Eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste

For filling:
Potatoes - 1 kg
Onions - 3-4 pcs.
Butter (butter) - 200 g
Milk - 150 g

Preparation:
1. Mix milk with sugar and salt until completely dissolved. Break the egg into milk, then melted butter and stir until smooth.
2. Gradually pouring flour, knead the dough.
3. Knead it well to make the dough soft and elastic, but not too tight. The dough for kystyby with potatoes must be tender, otherwise the whole recipe does not make sense. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.
4. Peel, wash the potatoes and cook in salted water. While it is cooking, chop the onion finely. Fry it until golden brown in butter.
5. When the potatoes are boiled, mash them.
6. Add butter and milk to it.
7. Mix the finished puree with the onion.
8.Cut the dough into pieces and roll out into thin cakes.
9. Place the tortilla on a dry hot skillet and fry on both sides until crispy brown spots appear.
10. Put the filling on one half of the finished flatbread and cover with the other.
11. Brush with butter on top and enjoy!

Girls, tell me, can you bake in a Tefal-type frying pan? Or shouldn't you try?
Margit
Try, why not?
However, if the pan is very thin, the coating may come off.
