Black Rocker
Good day to all!

Accidentally stumbled upon Mukka on the Internet, after which, after reading a lot of positive reviews (including on this forum), I presented this miracle to my wife for the new year.
Since then we have fun. There was no foam in the beginning. Milk was changed, a lot of foam appeared, the soul calmed down.
We realized that in addition, it is better to heat milk - otherwise the coffee turns out to be a little lively (and we love it hot)

Now one more question torments. Water remains in the lower container. And so decently. Is that how it should be, or what's the catch? If, of course, after the valve is triggered and the coffee is ready, wait a little - then the water still boils to the end, but I am tormented by vague doubts.
Can you please tell me, can anyone come across a similar problem?

Morning Cappuccino!
I am delighted! Today I did on fire between strong and average)
I'm looking for my option
Geyser coffee maker Bialetti Mukka express
Lila-Lila
At first I cooked over medium heat - it was warm, then I began to cook on high (sometimes even tongues of flame pop out, although I know this is wrong), and so, the coffee began to turn out hot, the way I like it. This, by the way, is written in the instructions, which someone posted here (to increase the temperature of the coffee, you need to increase the heat, I tried it, and I liked it). But as it turns out, all the same, everyone has different ways.
Masinen
I found for myself the perfect cappuccino.
Lavazze coffee cream thick
On fire between strong and medium!
Well gorgeous! Like a coffee machine !!

I'll tease with foam))
Geyser coffee maker Bialetti Mukka express
Yes, I just made espresso and didn't like it. Just strong coffee without crema.
The coffee is delicious, but there is no froth.

That's why I bought myself a Nespresso machine.

For me, espresso without crema is no longer espresso ...

The Ladybug fell short of my espresso expectations ...

Although initially no one promised the perfect espresso from the "ladybug" ...

I just wanted to believe that the impossible is possible ...
Diana
Crumb! We are, apparently, "twin brothers". : D I also went this way, I also expected a miracle from the "ladybug", but it was not so! : cray: And in the same way I bought Nespresso-now foam-shaft
Masinen
But the cappuccino is awesome !! You can't take away here))
Diana
To be honest, I didn't even try to make cappuccino there, but I must try, otherwise the mucca in the cabinet is already completely dusty!
tatjanka
Hurrah! I also ordered a cow, they should bring it today. I hope she doesn't let you down and you get a delicious cappuccino. Crochet, and about espresso I was really upset ... Alexander and it seemed to give an espresso recipe with a good foam, really it will not work ???
Masinen
Diana, try it !! The main milk is high in protein and good coffee.
And choose a mode for yourself. Those tastes better for someone on average, for someone on high heat. But me between medium and strong!
I also have a Delongy automatic coffee machine Magnifica and I know what a cappuccino should be)

There, three times you have to drive the coffee and pour it out. Then there will be delicious coffee.
Diana
Masinen, thanks for the advice. Homemade milk, so I don't know about protein. But I'll try, it's not a cow to buy, we already bought it

Yes, Maria, thanks to all of you, I already know about this, thank you! For the second time I reread it, everyone is delighted, and here Krosh writes this, she was upset. And you Maria is also not getting espresso?
Masinen
tatjanka, the espresso came out. I did it with the valve closed, those in the cappuccino mode.
It turned out strong good coffee. But, dumb foam))
I just want to try with an open valve, maybe there will be foam)
irman
I am also waiting for my cow, only it comes by Russian mail, I don’t know when I’ll wait.

Tanyusha, and what is so terrible I wrote Crochet ?!

What's not to love espresso without a crumpet?

I just honestly admitted that I don't understand espresso without crème, and that's all ...

The coffee itself turns out to be tasty and strong, but the cram itself, as from the machine, I could not get, alas ...

So do not be discouraged ahead of time, perhaps you will be able to persuade the "ladybug" better than me ...

Crochet, now I am looking forward to meeting my cow with peace of mind: girl_love: I buy not for myself, but for my parents, the main thing is that the coffee itself is tasty and of high quality (not like a soluble cat, they drink). And I think they have not even heard about that very cram, and I will be silent until it works out. * JOKINGLY * I really like her from CM. But it is also different depending on the coffee.
tatjanka
Finally, I got it last night, and this morning I was already drinking cappuccino with chic foam. I liked it very much. : girl_love: And the temperature of the drink is just right for me, not very hot, but not warm either. In short, I'm happy. It turns out that you can not spend a lot of money on an expensive CM. :) And we will find a common language with espresso.
Masinen
tatjanka, congratulations!!
The cappuccino is great!

I also heat milk, because I like burning coffee. While the ladybug is warming up on the stove, I heat the milk in the microwaves and pour it into it, add a little more vanilla. After firing off the valve, you need to listen when it stops "hissing" and starts "gurgling" (well, I don't know how else to explain it), you can turn it off - then there will be no water at the bottom.

I always have "cream" when the valve is closed. Maybe it depends on the type of coffee ... or on the grinding ..

But I don't heat milk and cook over low heat, so the coffee turns out to be very hot. I personally don't like this (I can't drink it hot) and I have to wait until it cools down.
m0use, but do not share what kind of coffee you have?
Girls, and I'm probably the Freaky One and tried to make cocoa with milk. : crazy: Something happened, drank, it was delicious. But a question for connoisseurs of cocoa, if you can try to make cocoa and tell me is it good here or how? And then I don’t WANT to buy a chocolate bar in a neighboring Temka, but I want cocoa. : girl_red: I would like to hear Masinen, she has just two of these devices in stock. For comparison, so to speak.

Three years since this combination was discovered for mukka

For this I have Brikka. The foam is thick there. I recommend it for espresso lovers.
In general, I have 6 geyser coffee makers. The largest is for 18 cups (theirs are small) This is about 1 liter. This monster lives in the country. Haven't used a coffee machine for a long time.
Kokoschka
please tell me, does the cow see the induction or only for gas stoves?
Masinen
And my valve did not open today. I had to manually lift it.
Then I just missed it with water and everything opened. Very strange.

It shouldn't, there is aluminum. Put the Nuna adapter.

I usually have LAVAZZA Caffe esspresso in black can / pack or ILLI esspresso in can with black stripe, sometimes Paulig Espresso. (And when there is no money I can ponte and JARDIN 5 or 4 drink)

For a liter - it's straight mine, I'm dreaming about her, my dear ... I already have a half-liter coffee mug

Oh, I don’t want more experiments.
So I decided to whip ice cream with a frother and broke the cappuccino nozzle. Thank God they changed it to another.
And you can't make such fine cocoa in mucca. I'm afraid)
I believe that flour is for coffee, and for cocoa a frother)
m0use
There, even in the instructions it is written, do not add anything except coffee.

Sometimes it is convenient when there are a lot of people or you need to fill a thermos. But it is normal without any valves.
m0use
A lot of people??? I do this ... for two of us ... We have the biggest - a 0.6 liter Turk, so we cook twice

This is for foreigners who do not know how to cook dumplings in an electric kettle.
Diana
And I can't get foam in the brick! : girl_cray: I specially bought it for the foam, but it's not. I tried netuti a couple of times, and pushed it back. I cook in an ordinary geyser baletti. And I have three of them plus mukka.
Feechka_
How is there no foam ???
I just aimed at her ...))))
Diana
I don’t have it, but the previous speaker does. Maybe I'm not catching up with something? We need to arrange an interrogation with a detailed description of the process, maybe then I will succeed?
Dr.NO
I wanted to write everything in this thread, but I forgot everything. And then the people do not get cappuccino with milk. Much depends on water in both mucca and brikka. My water goes everywhere through filters (soft), especially at the dacha 0.2-0.3, there is generally a cleaning station in the basement. I tried to pour at home just from the tap there is foam, but less, less aroma. Here.
Diana
Yes, our water is very hard. Maybe, really, I can't get the foam in the brick because of the water? Although I also take water from the filter: girl-q: Where can I get soft water for a sample? Maybe someone has an idea? Or maybe just take a disillusioned one?
Masinen
And I pour from the tap and normal foam. And my water is hard is not the right word.
The froth depends on the milk and its protein content. For great foam, protein needs 3.0
Diana
Masha, we are already talking about bialetti bricka, which is for espresso with foam. Some people get foam, but I don't.
Masinen
Diana, ahhh, got it)
I also had such a Bialetti coffee maker for espresso, but I lost it! I can’t find, even though you crack!
And the coffee was delicious.
Svetlana 1980
Please tell me where you can buy Bialetti Mukka express for 1 portion in St. Petersburg !!! I rummaged through a bunch of sites, only found in Moscow, I don't want to order from Moscow ... (((
Mora1315
Hello! Just recently I was presented with a Mukka Express. But I never had a chance to taste the coffee from it, as it beeps when I try to turn it on ... It seems that I did everything according to the instructions, but it still doesn't work ... Can you tell me what I can do wrong?
kev7373
Good day! Tell me, if there is no coffee in the upper tank, is the valve clogged? Can it be cleaned somehow or needs to be changed? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Masinen
This filter must be removed and washed. The one with an iron sitichko from the bottom.
And finely ground coffee does not pass, but clogs.
kev7373
The iron strainer was washed every time, it was not clogged ... I checked - I did not put on the upper nozzle, the water from the lower tank gushes with a fountain, so most likely it is the upper nozzle that is clogged, I don’t know how to wash it, soaked it in water overnight, I thought, that it will pierce it, I washed it with a strong pressure, but water does not come from the tube ... help !!!!! the mind has already turned ...

What coffee do you use?
Do you have Mukka? If the pressure valve was clogged, it would explode, well, this valve would be ripped off.
kev7373
I use a mixture of different varieties, medium grinding (I do it myself). Yse was always normal, and then the liquid from the lower reservoir just stopped flowing ... I tried it several times already ... the last time there was just a terrible whistle ... but the coffee never comes))))

It was your valve that broke, we had this, changed it and it all worked.
It costs a little more than 500 rubles, but it's still better than throwing out a coffee maker.
The valve was taken here - 🔗 - they usually have everything that is available on the site, but it is better to call - to clarify ...
