So my husband gave me a mule 6002 for the new year ... while there is no enthusiasm ... I threw the first 2 samples into a bucket (((It turns out very hard, you can hammer nails ... but it's damp inside ... what's the problem I didn't get it ...
Now one more attempt - I'll just try to mix the dough and then bake separately for 30 minutes or something ... I don't know what happens ...

Whoever has a mule 6002 - all of them are married or need to find an approach to her ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Yulia, of course, you need to make friends with a bread maker. A few rules will help with this:
1. Libra. I think they are required. Even for measuring liquids. Moulinex's measuring cup is lying ungodly.
2. If you are not satisfied with the crust, use the lightest one. After the bread has cooled on the wire rack, put it in a bag for a couple of hours, the crust will become softer.
3. Well, the recipes. Better to take proven ones. While there are some good recipes in the recipe book, not all of them are correct.
Good luck with learning!

thanks for the answer. the scales are electric. but only by grams ...
now I tried white bread again - changed the flour and yeast - came up ... but I did as the girls said here - at first just kneading. and then bake separately for 30 minutes.
Came up, beautiful)) cut - at the bottom about 1 cm from the bottom - a strip of unbaked somewhere 3 mm wide ... and the crust is very thick ... I put the lightest ...
how to fix?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Julia, but cut the bread hot or completely cooled? And something seems to me 30 minutes for bread in 750 grams is not enough. No? Minutes at least 45.
uiic
Ksyusha I cut it hot ... but after all, it was all baked except for this small strip ... and what does the crust have to do with it was already brown at the smallest roast ... and if 45 minutes - I think it would have burned ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Ok, baked. It's good. But hot bread, especially white bread, cannot be cut. It will just seem to be under-baked. You need to cool it down to room temperature. Therefore, be patient and be sure to cool the bread.
uiic
Thank you)) after unsuccessful baking, I really wanted to see what was inside there)) well, to taste like this))) I will try again))
Mar_k
It is a pity that it did not work out right away, do not despair and everything will work out! I did it right away, I baked wheat and rye. The glass is lying, about 20 ml, so I use a bottle for baby food (since there are small children), and only Makfa decided to take flour, since she took another one, but she had a higher consumption, in a word, the bread turned out, but the roof is strong opal. And a lot depends on yeast. Sometimes bought the same yeast in different places "plays" in different ways. Good luck to you!
uiic
another disappointment I decided to bake a cupcake in the morning - I baked it like a recipe, the program pies (an hour with something) ... in the end I put it several times for additional minutes - in the end it turned out that everything was burnt outside so that everything was baked ...
Why???
Mar_k
Dont be upset! Read the link https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=49811.0 here it tells how and what to do - an excellent master class and everything will work out. Instead of beer, you can take water, I really liked the bread. Good luck to you!!!
uiic
so why does it burn from below and on the sides and inside it bakes slowly ???
Here I read somewhere that the people ten twists .... and where in the mule 6002 this ten and cogs ??

it seems as if I coped with it))) bakes)) But there will be such a question - for me at 8 (White bread) it interferes, then rest for probably 5 minutes, and then interferes ... and then, as it were, I have to rest so that the bread rises ....but after the dough has risen ... somewhere in 20 minutes it starts stirring again ... and all the dough falls off ...
Is that how it should be ??? or what is the problem ??
And yet - I saw somewhere here they painted each function (number) of baking by the minute ... but I can't find it - help me

Hey everyone! I join the owners of HP Mulinex, we have it for 2 months, there are no complaints, everything turns out perfectly according to the recipe book! I just adore her, we no longer eat store bread)))
Mar_k
In general, the bread intervenes 2 times, only in each program the kneading and raising times are adjusted differently.
Mar_k
Please tell me if you can use the scratched bucket or not? I scratched it hard, an unsanitary layer about 1-2 mm wide was torn off, though not on the bottom but on the side (I scratched it with a ring when I was washing).
Alexey1991
Good afternoon people !! So I decided to ask for advice from knowledgeable people. So I decided to buy a bread maker, went shopping and chose - I was advised from those that there are 4 pieces in stock
1) LG HB 155CJ - 5 180 RUB
2) Philips HD9020 - 3 790 RUB
3) Kenwood BM 260 - 4 960 RUB
4) Kenwood BM 256 - 5 390 RUB
In principle, everything suited the price. So I'm going home - and on the way I decided to go to a thrift store (confiscated). I look at Moulinex OW 6002 and on the price tag 4400 (old price 7700) !!! I asked the girl - why such a price, she says because of the lack of a box.
Outwardly, she really liked me (the girl, by the way, also nothing). So I decided to read about her at home. The reviews are mostly positive, BUT! there were reviews and negative ones that scare me. For example, I read several times that at the first start, the rattle is heard, and then the bucket is ringing, then the engine burns out ... What do you advise me? Whether to take in confiscated goods - or choose from others offered?
The bread maker will be the first in the family - so I don't really know much about them. I am waiting for your advice dear experts

P / s what other weak points does mulinex have?
baby doll
I will not say anything about the confiscated goods, if it is normal, but only without the box it is half trouble, but it is definitely not some kind of broken one ?? there will be no guarantee in which case ..
And about this model I will say that this is my favorite! Of course, it does not work silently, all the same, everything is metallic .. In general, it is lovely, nothing has broken yet, ugh ugh, everything, in principle, came out of what we did (not counting the little things). I just adore her, I did not regret the money spent!
Alexey1991
I asked if it was BU, and not repaired. I was told - A young man in our store is an absolutely new product - but with defects (either packages (that is, they are not there) or with damages on the case - scratches)) such are the things. Of course, before buying, I will definitely ask everything again - and ask you to check =)
baby doll
yes, be sure, and download the recipe book and instructions for it, it seems to be here and it's just in the internet in the public domain
Alexey1991
There is a complete set, only without a shell)) And the recipe book and instructions are all! even the stickers are all on it. There is no only box)))
baby doll
aa then great, the stove is super! I won't say anything about the rest of the models, but I chose it for a long time, stopped at it

Hello, do not buy this mulinex model. Most of the breakdowns are the failure of the motor (breakage of the armature winding), it seems that the motor is from some kind of Chinese toy, its price is 2000 rubles + repair. I disassembled mine for the same reason. The assembly is disgusting, everything is sikos nakos. The old harvester from Mulinex has been working for 9 years already, I decided to take the hp from the same company. There are many positive reviews on this model on the forum, maybe I just came across one, I don’t know.

The forum has a lot of positive feedback on this model.
There are also enough negative ones.

I have two HPs, both Mulineshkas, I am very, very happy with them !!! Now I abandoned it for the reason that I completely switched to baking in the oven, and since I bake from a large amount of flour, I bought a kneader to help myself ...
Mar_k
I don’t know, I don’t know .... Everything bakes flawlessly the first time! I am insanely happy !!! I bake bars and loaves almost every day - there are a lot of kids, everyone wants different things. I have been using it for 4 months, maybe this is not enough, but everything works flawlessly!

All the fret in the house and bread on the table!
We bought a bread maker 2 weeks ago.
Trying different recipes and different weights.
While everyone is happy

I would like to share the experience of first turning on "my darling" in order to prevent beginners from panic.
I chose a recipe from a book, the process started, - I watch through the window
Now it comes to baking. And then there was a check of the strength of the nervous system,
patience and trust.
A perceptibly audible crack was heard, a thick smoke went into the holes from under the lid,
the smell was strong and unpleasant. Bulging my eyes, I froze and frantically tried to figure out what was happening and what to do.
All this did not sound like a warning in the manual about "possible slight smell of plastic on first use."
It just didn't smell very strong of plastic, but something red-hot.
Looking through the window, I saw a red-hot top strip of shade and the thought dawned on it that it would "simply burn" its covering.
Immediately the "trailer" remembered the now old kitchen stove, when the first times they turned on the oven, it smelled the same.
I relieved a little, made an emergency ventilation of the kitchen and, despite the first impulse, to unplug the power cord,
decided to wait for the result. For the purity of the first experiment. It turned out - right.
The smell soon disappeared, the kitchen was aired, and my worries about what all this bread would smell like were in vain.
Now, when baking, it smells only of fresh bread.

Somewhere on the forum I read (later) that the first time you can "run" the cycle without baking bread, but the experience has already been gained.

Happy delicious pastries to all beginners!
Thankfully, I cordially give all experienced bakers for detailed explanations on the forum!

That's all, after 3 weeks of being in operation and excellent service by faith,
the bread maker died
Crying is not crying, but this morning I baked bread and during kneading, one stirrer stopped.
the shoulder blade itself flew into the dough - fortunately, I looked through the window, because I was nearby and heard a "non-standard sound".
I cut the cotton out of the network, took out the dough quickly, the stuck spatula, and back into the container. Turned on, the mode did not go astray, continued on the 1st paddle
(do not waste products)! Fortunately, the weight was 750 grams. Kneaded very well. I baked bread, washed my darling and took to the store. The master picked something up there, and took the stove. The money was returned without problems and unnecessary conversations. I took a video in M. - they can return it within a month. It’s a pity for the stove, I’ve got used to it already, but here, Thank God, it’s broken now. If in 10 days - I don't even know what I was doing. Through the service center - it's a whole business !!! Now I am again toying with a choice, I got used to homemade bread.

I had the same blades wedge, but it turned out to be not critical, they lubricated it and everything works, now I just spray WD with some periodicity with silicone lubricant and everything works like a pretty one. And here is a link to repair HP #

I will be noted in the topic. I was very interested in this HP. And what is its difference from 5002? Since I want HP with baguettes, that seems to be with them too, but 6002 has 19 programs, and 5002 has 14 programs - and which ones - I won't find a complete list either for the 50th or the 60th by searching for something ... ...
in general, my problem was already voiced on one of the sites, where Moulinex was advised to me - what do you say?
HERE QUOTE
(no link is inserted)

"Girls (and boys), tell me, does the bread always turn out dense in HP? The fact is that I took the HP for testing from my mother-in-law (she does not use it) to understand what kind of animal it is, and whether I need it The bread bakes with high quality, that is, it turns out not sticky and tasty for lovers of SUCH bread (we also eat it hot), etc. but .... not the same as we, our family, love. the Soviet "white loaf with a brick", and this is not at all what we like. We are more accustomed, and, most importantly, TASTY, something like loaves, and I'm generally a fan of airy breads, such as baguettes / ciabatta, that is, there is a different bread In general, to my shame, it’s not tasty for us. It’s not KhP to blame, and not my hands, that is, it’s not the quality of bread, but, I think, the principle of its preparation. Somewhere I read on the Internet, which is fundamentally you will not make bread of a different condition. Tell me, is it so? Since after this HP I was disappointed in her, as in a device, I considered that I did not need her. runs that this is only because of what brand of HP, and in the other everything will be OK. Although he himself categorically does not eat bread of this quality, even hot.
Question: is it possible to get a fundamentally different quality of bread, such as loaves, without much effort? (On the program, I also baked baked goods in our HP, it still doesn't taste good to us.) I tested the Delta DL-74B bread maker "
Mar_k
My opinion is not that HP is to blame, but the recipe that you chose and the program on which you did it. For example, the same bread recipe on programs 8, 9, 10 turns out to be completely different. Try different recipes, there are a lot of them here, choose a program and you will be happy.
For example, Baton https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1016.0 It can be baked in a mold for baguettes or on baking trays on programs 1, 7, or 8-10 and everywhere there will be different porosity ...
Kestrel
I’m ready to agree with you, I really want this myself, so that it’s only a recipe ... Since HP, in principle, is a very convenient thing, and I really don’t want to give it up. I tried 2 different recipes from the instructions for my HP - French bread - in theory the most porous baked goods - it turned out not too tasty "brick" - that is, it was baked evenly, the pores are the same, there is no hardening, but all the pores are small, small, the bread is very dense, tight , even fresh; and baking - program 5 on my HP - the same, but with a milky sweetish aftertaste, again tasteless. I, frankly, have no complaints about the stove, but I DO NOT TASTY, even cry ...
I tried to bake bread in a slow cooker according to a recipe from the site of the same name - a loaf, also dense, but DELICIOUS, so maybe yes, it's about recipes, at least there is hope and a desire to bring the recipe to mind, but with HP, somehow ... not happened ..
So I decided to take another HP, at least, of a proven brand, and not from a TV store ... So I'm interested in HP, firstly with baguettes, and secondly - their well-known brand. They advised 6002 .. I'm studying ... So far she is very nice to me.
Mar_k
You need to get used to HP and experiment. Much more depends on what kind of yeast (dry, pressed or sourdough ...). Look for recipes here. I spent a long time choosing bread that suits our family, combined recipes and experimented with additives. It is necessary to search ... In search, I realized that the most acceptable program for me is 9. For example, bread ...

Marina, thanks for the answers, very beautiful bread on the links, inspires.

So what is the difference between 5002 and 6002
Mar_k
differ:
1. Power, respectively, the baking time increases if the power is small
2. The number of programs in 6002 - 19 and in 5002 - 14
3.the case material in 6002 is metal, and in 5002 it is plastic
4.the presence of baking trays in 6002 of them 2 types, which is convenient for all kinds of baking, you can bake pies

When choosing for me it was - this is the ability to bake a baguette and the presence of a metal case.
alex-m
I have had more than two years. It worked great. Bread is always obtained if you control the bun, as described on this site, True, lately, they began to leak and wedge the mixers. Once they did not soak and did not develop it - the result was the replacement of the motor (burned out). I changed it myself. tip: I found the cheapest one in an Internet store in St. Petersburg. With delivery to Moscow 1500.In order not to run into the replacement of the engine again, I already thought about replacing the bucket. And now, after each baking, I soak and wipe the places under the rollers from leaked and burnt contents. Apparently the motor does not have built-in thermal overload protection (minus the manufacturer). Another of the minuses - it works loudly in comparison, for example, with Panasonic. Otherwise, some big pluses
If there is anyone from Moscow with a valid guarantee for such a mule, respond in a personal! (Do a good deed)

Now, on the contrary, I wash it only before baking itself, that is, after baking, I do not soak it or wash it. And the bushings that stopped wedging in the bucket, otherwise they were treated with WD and silicone once a month.
alex-m
That is, you can not grease, but only wash before baking? And will not go crazy?
Mar_k
The first time you can lubricate everything. But in general, I came to this conclusion, wash quickly just before baking!

Hello everyone! Upcoming holidays! Please tell me who can. I choose a bread maker, it is very similar to the 6002, only this is the Moulinex 6121. I am concerned about the question, is there a possibility in 6002 to simply raise the yeast dough, so that later it can be pulled out without baking ?! Please answer the owners of the mules !!

As I understand it, there is no such thing in 6121. There is a pizza dough and pasta program. But I understand that this is not suitable for yeast dough.

Yes, I just looked, there is no Yeast dough. From similar models where there is a program Yeast dough and baking sheets, 2 types - for baguettes and pita bread / pie, 4 pieces in total) - these are Moulinex OW 613E and 6002

Hello...
I am writing here because I am very worried. I have had this bread maker for about six months. She baked amazing bread. everything was fine. And then something happened. First I bought another flour and other yeast. The bread fell. It was very dense, although tasty, but flat. Then I went back to old flour and old yeast. But as if the stove was offended at me or something. because I haven't used it for a long time.
All weights (I measure with glasses and spoons) are the same. Even the recipes are the same.
Yesterday I decided to try to bake rye bread - I found flour in the store.
he was baked as he was kneading. that is, it did not rise at all. accordingly it has dried up. even the knife does not take it.
what happened? Am I in a bad mood? or karma has deteriorated ... the machine is working as usual.
Mar_k
Shepka, don't panic! Try to approach the process from the other side! For a start, he acquires scales, since it is more convenient with them and there are more chances that everything will work out! I use Makfa flour, at least it goes clearly according to the recipe in grams, and even here baking works without problems with this flour! And if you bake with the addition of rye flour more than 40% of the total mass, then the bread turns out to be harsh, the crust makes sense! For example bread from Omela (Mistletoe, Admin ....) 100% hit!
Here are Recipes for example https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=230397.0

Hello everyone. Once upon a time this topic helped a lot in mastering hp. Belated thanks to the author and contributors
The stove has been serving well for many years. I love her very much With buckets, really, how lucky. But over the years of use, there is a "clever scheme" in reserve. Two buckets In one batch, in the other - baking. Even if it gets stuck, you can always bake. There is no "wedge" from kneading. For five years now I have not changed or bought buckets. I don't cook jam in hp, I eat too
The model is very good, comfortable and functional. Now clones under the Tefal brand are produced. Maybe someone else will pull up
Today I made wheat baguettes with rye sourdough to illustrate the recipe:
